To provide a timely, efficient, and personalized service to a select group of HNW customers with the aim of increasing customer service levels and providing accurate and updated information regarding Asset products and deposits, and to process all customer instructions within the established time frame.
Key Result Areas:
- Provide a "One Stop" Banking Service to the customers of Aayan Banking, ensuring timely and efficient execution of customers’ requests;
- Ensure adherence to Bank processes and policies and report deviations to immediate supervisor/manager;
- Ensure no loss of customers from Aayan Banking due to unsatisfactory service;
- Ensure that all financial and non-financial transactions within your authority level are executed in a timely and error-free manner;
- Be familiar with the Service Standards and TATs for various transactions, and endeavor to meet and exceed them;
- Maintain a proper filing system and ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible;
- Adhere to Bank processes and policies and report deviations to immediate supervisor/manager;
- Print daily reports, obtain Unit Head signatures, and file for record purposes;
- Record all customer instructions forwarded to Business Support Units and ensure they are executed promptly and accurately.

About the role

- Coordinate with internal teams (Trade, Operations, Credit) to resolve queries and process transactions
- Assist in client onboarding, KYC reviews, and maintenance of CRM records
- Ensure accurate data entry in banking systems and timely fulfilment of documentation (security agreements, facility terms)
- Generate MIS reports, credit monitoring tools, and audit support materials
- Uphold regulatory, statutory, and internal policy requirements
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to address client needs and escalate issues proactively
What we are looking for:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on credit analysis and business support
Industry Exposure: Strong understanding of Banking &/Or Financial Services industry
