- Participate in making key solution and design decisions.
- Conduct SITs and UATs with the business.
- Log work hours and work hour utilization using JIRA.
- Design integrations between Salesforce and other applications, specifically Oracle Fusion, for development by the tech team.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, developers, testers, and business partners.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, benefits, and limitations.
- Ability to analyze and review functional specifications to define architecture options and recommendations.
- Extensive experience in direct customer interaction.
- Deep product knowledge of Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud, including integration with third-party systems.
- Experience in Salesforce administration tasks such as managing users, roles, profiles, OWD, sharing rules, sandbox creation, and package management.
- Awareness of Salesforce value additions and limitations.
- Experience with iOS application integration with Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience across the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
- Proficiency with Data Loader and Import Wizard for data migration.
- Experience with Drawloop and DocuSign is advantageous.
- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus.
- Experience in the Real Estate domain is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce customizations like layouts, FLS, user management, etc.
- Familiarity with automation techniques, Agile methodologies, and Continuous Integration.
