Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on implementing customizations, automations, and workflow enhancements within our Salesforce enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce and a passion for creating efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Salesforce custom objects, fields, record types, and other components based on business requirements.
  • Develop and deploy process automations using Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Apex triggers.
  • Optimize and enhance existing workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the desired outcomes, followed by deployment to production environments.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customizations, workflows, and processes for internal reference and training.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.
    • Experience in implementing process automations and workflow customizations using Salesforce tools.
  • Certifications:
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).
    • Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.
    • Proficiency with integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
    • Ability to follow detailed requirements and deliver accurate implementations.

About the role
