OverviewRole Overview: As the General Counsel for the Middle East, Turkey & Africa, you will serve as the lead lawyer for the region, working closely with business leaders and corporate functions. As such you will be a member of the MET & Africa leadership teams, as well as of the International Markets Legal leadership team. You will be responsible for delivering strategic legal guidance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and supporting Atos' business operations and growth initiatives across the region. Key Responsibilities- Strategic Legal Advisory: Provide high-level and operational legal advice to senior management and business units on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters across the region.
- Contract Management: Lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including IT outsourcing, software licensing, teaming agreements, and public procurement contracts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Advise on data protection, competition law, anti-bribery, and public procurement regulations. Collaborate with compliance teams to implement and monitor internal controls.
- Corporate Governance: Oversee corporate governance matters for regional entities, ensuring compliance with local laws and Atos Group policies.
