Job Description
Lead Geostructures Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing the provision of geostructures advice and design to project teams, ensuring technical and commercial geotechnical delivery for projects.
- Overseeing the planning and execution of Geostructures analysis using various proprietary tools.
- Mentoring less experienced engineers to deliver analysis and design.
- Supporting career development within the team.
- Providing innovative approaches to ground engineering challenges.
- Cultivating new ideas and products through research and development, enabling sustainable solutions for society.
- Participating in technical and commercial bidding for new projects and contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field with relevant content.
- Prior experience can substitute a master's degree; 8 years of industry experience are required.
- Able to guide and supervise complex analyses, retaining structures, or complex foundations.
- Experience in rock engineering and/or geo-seismic engineering is beneficial.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Danish or German.
- Familiarity with commercial controls necessary for delivering work that meets business objectives.
