Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing an MMA gym or similar fitness facility in the GCC or MENA region.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage teams.
- Solid understanding of MMA and combat sports training environments.
- Demonstrated success in sales, outreach, or business development roles.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

- Overall cleaning of the Health Club, Pool, Beach and Bask to include, but not limited to: dusting, soiled towels and hand towels removal from changing rooms and Fitness area respectively, retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, Steam and Sauna cleaning, replenish supplies in Changing rooms and Fitness Area, removal of Garbage from Garbage bins in changing room and fitness area etc., as per Fairmont standards.
- Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor at end of shift.
- Turn on and switch off Steam and Sauna before opening and after closing shift respectively.
- Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Reports any problems or questions to Health club Supervisor.
- Offer assistance to guest and heartists in a courteous manner.
- Understand simple instructions, learn simple procedures and techniques.
- Perform routine work or the same task daily.
- To report instantly and turn over to security any lost and found items.
