  • Certifications & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Certification in Patient Access, Health Information Management, or related certifications such as CPAM.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in a patient access or healthcare administration role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
