Responsibilities

• Facilitates and delivers quality nursing care, coordinate and manage the environment in which the care is delivered.
• Assists to establish and control the support the implementation of standards of nursing practice and guidelines of care.
• Renders and ensures Total Patient Care according to the Scientific Nursing Process following the guidelines of the International Patient Safety Goals, evidence based practice and clinical pathways as per policy.

Requirements

We will consider nurses, who are based overseas at the moment. - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent. - Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting. - Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medical terminology, and healthcare protocols. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. - Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
