This role requires a skilled professional to provide expert maintenance services in a fast-paced hotel environment. The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and guest satisfaction.

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for Oil & Gas Mechanical Maintenance Technicians (Office/Field) to be involved in a Tags Registration Project regarding Oil & Gas plants in the UAE.

1. Recognize installed equipment class to start its relevant data collection accordingly.
2. Execute data collection and surveys independently without assistance.
3. Collect required drawings and documents needed for assets registration.
4. Extract tags from drawings such as P&IDs, SLDs, F&G Loops, etc., and organize them in Excel for individual packages.
5. Gather essential information from Data Sheets and technical documents like VDBs, MRBs, etc., to obtain specifications and attributes.
6. Conduct site surveys to verify physically all new equipment on-site against P&ID and coordinate with engineering for updates.
7. Obtain manufacturer and model details from tag plates during site surveys.
8. Identify deviations from drawings and documents observed during site surveys.

1. At least a Technical High School Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Piping, etc.)
2. 1-2 years of experience in maintenance of Oil & Gas plants.
3. Proficiency in Excel.

The activities are scheduled to start in July 2025, performed at our office in Abu Dhabi and at Oil & Gas plants in the UAE.

The resource will stay on-site for up to 90 consecutive days before returning to the Abu Dhabi office.

The contract duration is 12 months, with the possibility of extension for another 12 months.

The rotation will be resident with one month of leave after one year in the UAE.

Seeking a skilled technician to join our team as an Aircraft Power Train Specialist.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience in aircraft maintenance, power train systems, and subsystems, with a strong understanding of technical manuals and procedures.

• Remove and replace power train quills, transmission adapting parts, rotary wing hub and tanks
• Dissemble friction dampers and hanger assemblies
• Repair, reassemble, adjust, balance and align power train components, systems and subsystems
• Apply corrosion preventive procedures
• Clean, preserve and store power train components
• Perform nondestructive inspections on aircraft components and related items
• Use and perform operator maintenance on ground support equipment, common and special tools
• Maintain facilities for storage of flammable and hazardous materials
• Requisition aircraft parts, and maintain shop and bench stock for repair of aircraft power train systems and subsystems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft power train components and their subcomponents
• Inspect and prepare forms and records related to maintenance in accordance with relevant regulations
• Train host nation personnel on the proper maintenance of power train systems and subsystems
• Responsible for tools and equipment inventory assigned by the supervisor
