JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing Homogenizers, pumps, UHT sterilizers, pasteurizers, tank Agitators, HSM Mixers, Aseptic tanks, Valve Clusters Services, and other mechanical lines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments and root cause analysis on equipment malfunctions; troubleshoot and repair systems such as homogenizers, pasteurizers, sterilizers, valve alarms, milk powder hoppers, conveyor systems, and associated process lines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities, such as lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of equipment to ensure optimum performance and extend machine life.
• Ensure prompt response to equipment breakdowns or emergencies, implementing quick and effective repairs to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Collaborate with the production team to schedule preventative maintenance activities in a way that minimizes disruption to production schedules.
