Position Overview:
The Medical Director will be the head of all clinical operations of the medical center, acting as the primary authority for regulatory compliance with the UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention (MOH), overseeing the medical team, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in managing medical centers while also maintaining active clinical practice in his/her specialty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the official Medical Director for the center, ensuring full compliance with MOH regulations and standards
- Oversee daily clinical operations and supervise all healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and allied professionals
- Establish and implement medical policies, protocols, and quality standards for patient safety and care

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 7–10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or medical director role in the UAE
- Strong track record in medical center management and MOH compliance
- Ability to balance clinical practice with administrative leadership
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities
- High ethical standards and commitment to patient confidentiality
