Within the scope of the Customer Presales Engineering Center growth, we are looking for an experienced **Scrum Master** to help build the foundations and the ramp-up of the methodology in teams to be selected. In-line with the official Scrum Guide & true to servant leadership, as one of our Scrum Masters, you will be accountable for:
+ Together with Customer Engineering Center Stakeholders, identify and prioritize appropriate Teams to setup with business rational development
+ Establishing a healthy Scrum practice -- helping everyone understand Scrum theory & practice, both within your Scrum Team & outside of it.
+ Improvement of your Scrum Team's effectiveness -- enabling it to continuously improve its practices within the Scrum framework.
**What you'll do:**
The **Scrum Master** serves the Scrum Team by:
+ Ensuring that all Scrum events take place, are positive, productive & on-time
+ Coaching team members in self-organisation & cross-functionality
+ Helping the Product Owner find techniques for effective Product Goal definition, Product Backlog management & release planning
+ Proactively removing Impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
+ Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as needed
+ Ensuring that Scrum is understood & enacted for true continuous improvement
The **Scrum Master** also serves the wider organization by:
+ Being engaged in continuous learning & the promotion of Agility, training & advising colleagues on their Scrum adoption
+ Helping the organization engage in an empirical approach to managing complex work
+ Removing barriers between stakeholders & Scrum Teams
In a Scrum at Scale environment, the Scrum Master will also participate in the Scrum of Scrums, to help coordinate impediment removal, cross-team dependencies, continuous improvement experiments & concerted product delivery.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering
+ 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
+ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
**Skills:**
+ Previous experience coaching teams or projects to success, effectively managing stakeholders
+ Any official Scrum Certification (CSM, CSPO, CSD, RSM, PSM I) is a plus

Study, analyse and support in the application and development of key components of company's maturing project portfolio governance framework, includes contributing in the governance of project portfolio risk management, assurance, project prioritisation, selection and portfolio optimisation, benefits realisation and financial integrity.

Project Governance
• Collaborate with strategic excellence team for business management system, enhance business manual and processes, development of project assurance department objectives, KPI, procedures, and standards.
• Design and develop the framework agreement conditions, scope, technical evaluation criteria for Third party inspection agencies, and strategies for TPIA awards.
• Support ADNOC to develop GVAP manual , initiate and resolve VAP queries in coordination with project management, conduct VAP compliance audits within the organization, and contribute development of IPMS themes, standards and guidelines.
• Act as Focal point for Group Value assurance Process (GVAP), and cascade the GVAP requirements across the project group, for efficient implementation and value maximization. All parties consent to this document being signed electronically -P

concession authorization requests through technical authority framework system during project
phase>
• Support development of internal stakeholder engagement Plan (RACI) for project governance to

asset integrity
• Support ADNOC for developing unified long term framework agreements for TPIA, technical bid
