Scrum Master As a Scrum Master for the Client, you will act as a facilitator and coach for an agile team, ensuring the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to agile principles and best practices. You will remove impediments and help the team improve their workflow to deliver high-quality products. You must have an agility mindset, prepared to stretch and work to deliver the product release within a short timeframe. Your role includes actively driving the team to complete features by the release date.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitation and Process Management:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team follows Scrum principles and practices and is protected from external distractions.
- Work with the Product Owner to help manage the product backlog and ensure it is refined and maintained.
Coaching and Mentoring:
- Coach the team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.
- Guide the team toward self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Promote a collaborative and transparent team environment.
- Help resolve team conflicts and address disagreements about process and work styles.
Impediment Removal:
- Identify, track, and remove any obstacles or roadblocks that are hindering the team's progress.
- Proactively flag issues and propose mitigation strategies.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication among all team members and with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, including artifacts and techniques (e.g., user stories, backlog refinement).
- Familiarity with software development life cycles.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Experience with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana to manage and track sprints.
- Experience delivering products in a fast-paced environment or for government and regulatedindustries.
- Background working on AI or generative AI products.

Key Responsibilities

- Ability to analyze metrics and use data to guide continuous improvement.
