POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Project Manager to oversee and own the end-to-end delivery of our product outcomes. This role is critical in ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, managing third-party relationships, and driving successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong delivery mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead in a framework agnostic delivery environment while maintaining a focus on management and reporting.
End-to-End Delivery Ownership
- Take full ownership for the successful delivery of product projects, from initiation through to completion
- Monitor progress against plans, identify potential delivery bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to stay on track
- Align delivery goals with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities
- Third-Party Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving
- Support in the facilitation of team ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring they are productive and goal oriented
- Act as a mentor to team members, helping them understand and apply agile principles effectively
- Support the team in removing impediments and resolving conflicts to maintain focus and momentum
- Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability within the team
- Build and maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of priorities
- Facilitate alignment between stakeholder expectations and project realities, addressing any misalignments promptly
- Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner and Engineering management to ensure alignment and consistency in processes and practices across the team
- Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle, assessing their impact and likelihood
- Develop and implement mitigation plans to address identified risks proactively
- Conduct regular risk review meetings, ensuring risks are continuously monitored and managed throughout the project
- Maintain a risk register and ensure transparency by communicating significant risks to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and data-driven reports to executive committees
- Provide insights into project performance, including progress, risks, and opportunities, to enable informed decision-making
- Ensure reports align with organizational objectives and showcase the project's value to the business
- Regularly review delivery processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future delivery practices
- Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability within the team, encouraging the exploration of new tools and techniques
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and up to date
- Degree qualified ideally with Computer Science

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Certifications:

Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Agile project or program management.
- Proven experience delivering complex IT or software projects using Agile methodologies.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Strong facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.

The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for the day to day planning leading organising and motivating of the scrum teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in the delivery of outputs that provide exceptional value to business users.
In This Role You Will
- Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog to the Sprint plan focusing on regular and timely delivery of business value initiatives and facilitating agile ceremonies eg product backlog refinement sprint planning daily stand ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Manage risks assumptions issues and dependencies removing impediments blockers to ensure optimal flow of value Guide the team on the use of Agile Scrum practices and values to delight the business and how to elicit the most out of self organization Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.
- Promotes empowerment of the team ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the initiatives and is making a meaningful contribution and encourages a sustainable pace adhering to the agreed quality management plan with the team.
- Work collaboratively with the Technical Product Owners to refine clarify and maintain the product backlog together with the TPO schedules and commits stories into sprints and visualizes progress.
- Support the Technical Product Owners in managing business expectations and transparency in both product backlog and schedule for all initiatives.
- Define and manage a well defined process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Delivery Management and effectively manage conflict resolution Ensure the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done DOD is being followed and make sure that each team member is fully engaged in the stories and making a meaningful contribution.
- Encourage a sustainable pace adhering to the agreed quality management plan with the team Maintains an agile project management tool ScrumDesk JIRA etc.
To be considered for the role you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree or Honours or equivalent in a subject related to Computer Science or similar
- Certified Scrum Master with 3 years of practical application of the Scrum Management discipline PMI ACP transition of existing SDCs are exempt.
- 5 years of working in Information Technology in agile delivery within the context of a small medium technology change program. Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams for a large organisation.
- Well versed in the use of tools of software delivery eg MS OFFICE suite JIRA Confluence etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders
- Excellent Communication Skills, focusing on core Scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.

The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for the day to day planning leading organising and motivating of the scrum teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in the delivery of outputs that provide exceptional value to business users.
In This Role You Will
- Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog to the Sprint plan focusing on regular and timely delivery of business value initiatives and facilitating agile ceremonies eg product backlog refinement sprint planning daily stand ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Manage risks assumptions issues and dependencies removing impediments blockers to ensure optimal flow of value Guide the team on the use of Agile Scrum practices and values to delight the business and how to elicit the most out of self organization Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.
- Promotes empowerment of the team ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the initiatives and is making a meaningful contribution and encourages a sustainable pace adhering to the agreed quality management plan with the team.
- Work collaboratively with the Technical Product Owners to refine clarify and maintain the product backlog together with the TPO schedules and commits stories into sprints and visualizes progress.
- Support the Technical Product Owners in managing business expectations and transparency in both product backlog and schedule for all initiatives.
- Define and manage a well defined process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Delivery Management and effectively manage conflict resolution Ensure the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done DOD is being followed and make sure that each team member is fully engaged in the stories and making a meaningful contribution.
- Encourage a sustainable pace adhering to the agreed quality management plan with the team Maintains an agile project management tool ScrumDesk JIRA etc.
To be considered for the role you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree or Honours or equivalent in a subject related to Computer Science or similar
- Certified Scrum Master with 3 years of practical application of the Scrum Management discipline PMI ACP transition of existing SDCs are exempt.
- 5 years of working in Information Technology in agile delivery within the context of a small medium technology change program. Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams for a large organisation.
- Well versed in the use of tools of software delivery eg MS OFFICE suite JIRA Confluence etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate specialist information in an understandable format to all stakeholders
- Excellent Communication Skills, focusing on core Scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering (Functional & Technical)
- Monitor project workstreams against scope & plan.
- Participate in workshops/brainstorming sessions during approach & planning discussions and provide inputs.
- Vendor response analysis
- Documentation of as is to future process
- Data Analysis
- Communication and collaboration - Prepare and provide weekly/fortnightly/monthly progress update to program stakeholders including the project team members, covering program plan, key activities completed, upcoming activities, key risks and issues with mitigations and resolutions.
- Market Analysis – due diligence for specific trend, industry norms and future strategies in coordination with workstream leads.
- Coordination and collaboratively working with multiple stakeholders
- Project planning – Including but not limited to project timelines, risk, mitigations, updates to management.
- Scheduling – Multiple sessions scheduling during program journey including but not limited to various MS teams calls and in-person sessions between teams/stakeholders.
- Stakeholder communication – Follow up with internal stakeholders on assigned task and take it to closure
- Meeting co-ordination and leading/driving these sessions end to end.
- Documentation of activities under program governance
- Task Management with defined timelines and timely escalation management.
- Progress Tracking / Risk Management

- Budget Tracking & Management including preparation of cost memos, budgeting sheets tracking/updating and publishing reports.
