Role Description

We’re seeking a Senior Creative Designer with a strong background in graphic design, motion graphics, and content creation tailored for digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate is not only highly creative but also strategically aware—able to design content that converts, communicates clearly, and keeps pace with the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

This role requires a deep understanding of social media platform requirements, digital content formats, and emerging AI tools and trends used in design and animation.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact designs and animations across digital campaigns, landing pages, videos, and social media assets.

·Design engaging visuals for use on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and X, optimized for platform-specific formats and audiences.

·Create static and motion graphics for branding, ads, infographics, educational content, reels, and more.

·Collaborate with the performance, content, and social media teams to bring marketing ideas to life through compelling visuals.

·Stay up to date with design trends, AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.), and best practices to continuously improve the creative output.

·Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and touchpoints.

·Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

·5+ years of professional experience in creative design and motion graphics, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or agency environments.

·Proven track record of designing high-performing assets for digital and social media campaigns.

·Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro); experience with Figma, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.

·Strong understanding of social media specs, content formats, and user behaviors across platforms.

·Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies in the design and animation landscape.

·Ability to interpret briefs, think conceptually, and deliver visually compelling storytelling.

·A portfolio demonstrating a blend of branding, digital ads, motion graphics, and social-first content.

·Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Animation, or related field.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning designs that capture the essence of our brand.

The position of Motion Designer involves creating visual designs for various forms of content related to digital and broadcast.

• Developing visual identities that effectively communicate the message and goals of the campaign while also understanding the brand architecture in order to resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborating with other members of the team, such as art director, copywriter, and working closely with other designers.
• Partnering with various members of the team to deliver high-quality work.
• Being aware and savvy at using technology in the generation of video and visual assets.

• Working on videos (including editing) and design elements that go into the final formulated product.

• Design and resize POSM elements, including wobblers, shelf talkers, floor stickers, dividers, and gondola end dressings.

• Proven experience working on POSM with deep technical knowledge.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and detail.

AV/ICT Consultant is expected to lead AV/ICT Design and consultancy for ELV specialist consultant—only applicants who are currently working/have the latest experience with Consultancy firms to apply.

• Must be CTS certified at least
• Knowledge of Audio/Visual equipment manufactured by Christie, Cisco Tandberg, Extron, Biamp, etc.
• Knowledge of video wall equipment manufacturers such as Barco, RGB Spectrum, and Planar.
• Knowledge of digital signage equipment manufactured by Cisco, Scala, NEC, and Samsung.
• Highly experienced in writing consultancy reports and familiar with design stages deliverables.
• General knowledge and familiarity with building construction, the ability to read and understand construction documents, plans, and specifications is a plus.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Display proficiency with PC office tools, such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• High degree of professionalism, diplomacy, integrity, and flexibility.
• Familiarity with AMX, Crestron, and Extron control systems.
• Must be able to manage strict timelines and multiple installation teams in order to meet deadlines.

• B.E. / B.TECH or equivalent and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience or degree in a related field.
• Minimum experience of 5-8 years in audio/visual design and must have the latest experience in a consultancy firm
• Proficiency in AutoCAD including current knowledge of typical drafting and design standards. Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT 2014 is a plus.
