The Role
As Commercial Executive Director, you'll take the lead in defining and executing an ambitious commercial strategy that fuels revenue, drives innovation, and supports dynamic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic commercial planning in line with business goals and five-year forecasts.
- Drive feasibility studies, financial modelling, and business case development for key real estate projects.
- Identify and structure investment and partnership opportunities, including JVs and project financing.
- Guide sales and marketing efforts to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Establish and oversee clear roadmaps and commercial frameworks to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Evaluate new business opportunities for commercial, technical, and financial viability.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional certifications such as MRICS/RICS are a plus.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in commercial real estate and deal execution.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
- Fluent English (Arabic preferred), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Technically savvy with MS Office and commercial evaluation tools.
- Deep knowledge of GCC markets, regulatory environments, and commercial frameworks.
