We are seeking a highly skilled Passenger Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ground handling tasks and assignments, including check-in, boarding, baggage management, and assisting passengers.

- Preparation of charge notes against published tariff and cash collection if applicable.

Process:
- Greet and welcome passengers and guide them to the appropriate areas.

Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and requirements:
- Graduate and fluent in English language (both spoken and written).

- Diploma or certification in Ground handling or Ground Operations preferred.
- Prior 01 year of work experience in aviation or customer services.
