What You'll Be Doing:
Design & Deploy: Build lawful interception solutions across Cisco & Palo Alto infrastructures.
Configure & Capture: Set up routers, switches, and firewalls for lawful access.
Secure Delivery: Manage LI mediation devices to ensure safe, accurate delivery of data to LEAs.
Monitor & Maintain: Keep LI systems reliable, highly available, and compliant.
Collaborate & Document: Work closely with internal security/legal teams and maintain detailed records.
Support Investigations: Assist with warrants, audits, incident response, and forensic analysis.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's in computer science, Network Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of network/security experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco (IOS, ASA, Firepower) & Palo Alto (NGFW, Panorama).
Deep knowledge of traffic analysis, port mirroring, and LI standards (ETSI, CALEA).
Skilled with tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, VPNs, IPSec/GRE tunnels, NAT & routing.
Bonus Points If You Have CCNP Security (or similar certifications).

- Experience with DAS deployments in commercial, enterprise, or public-sector projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Performing entry level service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
- Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
- Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers and ensuring the job is done on time and as quality standards.
- Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative.
- You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with {relevant tools and methodologies} and the {insert relevant industry/sector} market
- You have 0-2 years of experience in a related field
- Degree in Electrical engineering
- You are at ease communicating in English
- You hold current driving license

**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Be a contributing member of the EUC Team providing support to End Users in a Client Environment
+ Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on SLAs, CSFs & KPIs aligned to the same.
+ Work on Day-to-Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL Framework for End User Support ( Laptop / Desktop / VDI )
+ Involved with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings as required.
+ Learn new and emerging technologies as needed, guided by business requirements.
**Requirements and Preferences:**
+ Experience in End User Computing / IT Support needed
+ Good understanding of Desktop / Laptop Hardware and understanding of Imaging and OS Reinstall process
+ Good troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office, COTS & End User Hardware Support
+ Basic understanding of ITL Framework and experience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etc.
+ Good Communication Skills (Written & Spoken) in English
+ Ability to physically perform general office requirements like moving systems, monitors or other IT related equipment and boxes
+ Willingness to work on rotational shifts
+ Experience on Network / Data Centre related Smart Hands activities will be an added advantage
+ Travel including overnight domestic may be required
