OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The Project Services Manager (PSM) is a key leadership and operational position within the Project Management Team (PMT) responsible for achieving successful commercial outcomes working closely with the Project Director/Manager of the project(s) he/she is assigned to.
The Project Services Manager oversees all commercial aspects of the project, leading the effective deployment of PROJECT CONTROLS and CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT systems and culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PSM oversees all aspects of the day-to-day management and consistent application of the project controls (Documentation, Planning & Performance, Risk & Opportunities, Cost Control) and contracts management systems on the Project.
• Act as a key integral member of the Project Management Team and participate in commercial strategic discussion and decisions.
• PSM will provide PMT with commercial advice and guidance, and support in developing commercial strategy in client negotiations.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration between Project Controls, Contracts, SCM, Engineering and Operations
• Devise, implement, operate and ensure compliance at all times with Contracts and Project Controls standardised policies, processes, systems and procedures in line with BMS and PM7.
• Leading and developing assigned team members within the Project Services team.
• Assist the Project Manager/Director in establishing jointly with Company, with Project Team and key suppliers, a Project charter that shall govern the success of the project.
• Take an active role as a key member of Project team to ensure an injury free workplace on all sites encouraging and supporting leadership safety initiatives.
• Ensure Contracts and Project Controls capitalises from Lessons Learned and is performed in accordance with best practice, striving to mitigate risk, promoting safety and integrity consistently.
• Integrating and consolidating appropriate project data when working in collaboration with partners;
• Giving presentations & facilitation of meetings with a range of project personnel and stakeholders to deploy the capabilities of the platforms /tools / systems;
• Proactively working with other disciplines to ensure open communication and a collaborative project team whilst driving a culture of accountability.
• Contributing to Continuous Improvement of Systems and Project Ways of Working whilst ensuring compliance with the Subsea 7 Business Management System.
• Identification of Lessons Learned on a contemporaneous basis and sharing proactively within the function and business.
• Continual focus on Project Governance, championing PM7 Gate Reviews and compliance with Subsea 7 Business Management System.
• Producing and presenting project reports for internal and external clients/stakeholders.
• Working with clients, suppliers and partner to understand client project performance requirements and to co-ordinate internal resources to meet them.
What experience would we like you to have?
• Degree qualified in areas such as Quantity Surveying, Business Management, Law or Engineering.
• Broad commercial understanding with a proven track-record in Project Controls and Contracts management
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Highly developed influencing, negotiation and communication skills
• Highly developed planning and execution skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• Previous experience in management or lead position would be a plus
• Highly developed inter-personnel, team leadership and development skills
• 15+ years relevant industry experience
• Ideally have experience of multi-site project delivery execution

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager - Water to serve in the capacity of an Individual contributor on large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure programs. This role involves acting as a neutral and authoritative technical advisor, overseeing the project's performance and compliance across all phases, and ensuring successful coordination between the client, EPC contractor, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Independent Engineer and trusted advisor for high-value water infrastructure projects, ensuring contractual and technical compliance.

AtkinsRéalis are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team with experience in managing large-scale multi-disciplinary projects within UAE and the GCC Region. The candidate is to have a minimum of 5 years experience within the Middle East.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects within the UAE and GCC Region. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, they will be responsible for supporting the management of projects within the business. Their primary role is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
The selected candidate will work with the Project Manager, Atkins team and Client to establish project objectives, develop project plans, manage project budgets, and oversee project scheduling. They will be responsible for supporting the delivery management function of the project team, ensuring that team members are completing tasks on time and communication is maintained at all times.
Other roles also include managing project risk, developing contingency plans and ensuring that health and safety standards are followed in addition to adherence of Atkins' project management methodology requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Communicate scope, fee, deliverables and programme with the team through Project Kick-Offs and regular updates.
- Management of sub-consultants' agreements and payments (technical management through Design Management function)
- Ensure that the Project Execution Plan addresses design management requirements, including integration and interface management between Client requirements, sub-consultant design packages
- Support the PD and PM in production of the Project Management suite of documents and standard forms.
- Assist in risk identification and management
- Assist PD and PM to identify and manage scope changes, scope extensions

- Manage Risks proactively through use of the tools provided and regular team and Client engagement and update Contingency requirements regularly (min. once per design stage).
- Prepare Invoices for review and sign-off by the Project Director and keep financial registers up to date.
- Drive the change process and be responsible for compilation of variations
Client Management
- Liaise and interact with the client for the technical delivery components of the project.
Administrative
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, etc.

Local Clinical Project Management services provides local management of a clinical trial (or Medical Affairs data generation activity) in a country or countries. Services/deliverables include operational oversight of assigned protocol(s) at the country level from start-up through to database lock and closeout activities. **Role Definition**
As a Customer Value Agreement Regional Program Manager you will develop, market and support selling of service agreements for Caterpillar generators. You will help drive the 2030 Electric Power vision and achieve yearly business plans by monitoring key performance indicators, analysing market trends and maintaining direct contact with Sales teams to generate recommendations that contribute to both the short-term and long-term initiatives of these plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead product development initiatives for Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) tailored to the Africa and Middle East market using the New Services Development (NSD) process. CVA's are Caterpillar's branded service agreement including maintenance, condition monitoring, and extended warranties.
+ Design and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to drive CVA adoption across the region.
+ Provide sales support to regional sales representatives and dealer partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, training, and messaging needed to effectively sell CVAs.
+ Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product support teams to align offerings with customer needs and market dynamics.
+ Monitor performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve CVA offerings and sales approaches.
**What You Will Have:**
