Leads and manages the business development, marketing, and client relations within Offshore Logistics. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CLIENT RELATIONS
  • Analyze and identify sales leads by promoting integrated logistics services and solutions to new clients and emerging markets
  • Directing sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
  • Leads and create strategic marketing and sales plans to contribute to companies' growth by focusing on changing demands, market competitiveness, cost optimization and technology
  • Provide and identify strategic business opportunities for successful revenue growth and cascade to the respective Commercial Business Unit for execution
  • Lead the execution of business development analyses with primary focus on client needs and market demand/supply
  • Establishing and maintaining client relations by focusing on generating new business opportunities towards revenue growth

  • Review potential strategic partnerships to optimize companies' portfolio and increase companies' profitability

  • Attend to Client visits on a regular basis to maintain and build long-term relationships and represent company at exhibitions where applicable
  • Provide and coordinate trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to Clients, as and when applicable
  • Analyze Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys and identify area of improvement


Business Development & Client Relations Plans
  • Lead the development of consistent and realistic long- and short-term business development plans and client relations for Offshore Logistics in line with the Company's objectives and manage the implementation of the approved long- and short-term plans, ensuring they are effectively converted into its performance objectives and established service levels.


Management
  • Manage and lead the activities of the personnel and resources of the Business Unit to achieve the Department objectives in an efficient and cost-conscious manner while ensuring implementation of approved operational plans for the Business Unit in line with Department objectives.


Budgets and Plans
  • Lead and assist in the preparation of the annual Business Unit budget in line with the Division's business objectives and operational plans ensuring that adequate funding provision is made for all Business Unit activities.
  • Review and monitor expenditure against approved Business Unit budget on a regular basis; investigate, highlight and advice on the reconciliation of any significant variances to ensure effective performance and cost control.


Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
  • Lead the development and implementation of Department policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, and internal controls in order to support execution of the Departments' work programs in line with Company and International standards.


Performance Management
  • Contribute to the development of the Division's KPI's and ensure proper cascade of the Performance objectives within the Department and establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure delivery of these objectives and promote a performance driven culture.
  • Manage the implementation of the Company Performance Management System for individuals within the Department in accordance with Company approved guidelines.
  • Responsible for the performance assessments of all Business Development & Client Relation team.


People Development
  • Develop knowledge, competencies and innovative spirit in the Department and support the establishment of Personal Development Plans (PDP's), Succession Planning and Talent pipeline within the Department in coordination with the Human Capital to continuously develop employees with emphasis on UAE Nationals to meet Emiratization targets.
  • Create new development schemes for the UAE Nationals to uplift their capabilities.


Organization Structure and Development
  • Review, advise and recommend the appropriate organisation structure for the Department that will best utilise human capital while proactively incorporating sustainability into the on-going work practices to meet the business objectives.


Risk Management
  • Contribute and support establishment of a Corporate Integrated Risk Management System within the Department, while identifying and assessing relevant domain risks and implement measures to manage and mitigate all identified risks within the Department.
  • Communicate corporate business ethics and Company's Code of Conduct to employees within the Department and ensure compliance to the Corporate Policies and guidelines.


Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Promote an organisation culture that encourages innovation, enhance employee motivation and support initiatives for implementation of Change Management to continuously improve the Department operations and services.
  • Recommend improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the Department.


Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
  • Support the institution and implementation of an HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, systems & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines across the Department in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
  • Responsible to ensure adequate HSE training, where applicable, and induction for all Business Unit employees to meet HSE standards.


Management Information Systems (MIS) and Reports
  • Ensure that all Department MIS and progress reports are prepared to provide accurate and timely reports and necessary information to Company Management to effectively manage the business.

Minimum Requirtments:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the Commercial segment of the Oil & Gas industry, with minimum 4 years at senior level
  • In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas Business, Maritime, Offshore and Logistics Services, in addition to relevant regulations with sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production operations
  • Knowledge of the UAE Labor Law and government regulations
  • Excellent awareness of the internal and external industrial environment and prevalent best practices in employee and industrial relations. Strong analytic and critical thinking skills and possess the ability to make holistic and long-term decisions

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative **Global Cybersecurity Services Product Marketing Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will define, launch, and measure the success of our OT Cybersecurity Services offerings on a global scale. You will collaborate closely with regional product managers, sales teams, and the Product Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (COE) to drive both organic and inorganic growth through strategic partnerships. This role reports to the Director of Product Cybersecurity COE. Applicants must reside within 50 miles/80 kilometers of an Eaton facility in UAE.
**What you'll do:**
+ Define the value proposition of OT cybersecurity offerings and identify ideal buyer profiles across diverse global markets.
+ Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional marketing, commercial, and operational leadership teams worldwide.
+ Target and grow the install base for OT cybersecurity offerings globally, managing the lifecycle of industrial products to maximize value.
+ Establish and drive standard metrics for service offerings, developing and socializing KPIs to support global growth.
+ Own and define the global strategic growth plan, working with regions to refine their strategic plans, including profitability.
+ Manage external technology and commercial partnerships to drive growth on an international scale.
+ Identify new growth areas and develop strategic partnerships with service providers, technology providers, and engineering/consulting firms globally.
+ Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive lifecycle services attachment across different regions.
+ Coordinate global cybersecurity program reviews with regional stakeholders, covering growth and operational aspects.
+ Integrate cybersecurity offerings into segment digital solutions across various markets.
+ Provide sales enablement through training, pre-sales tools, and pricing tools for all OT cybersecurity offerings globally.
+ Create and deliver sales enablement materials and training tailored to different regions.
+ Serve as a brand ambassador for Eaton Cybersecurity Services on a global stage.
+ Monitor macro policy and regulation changes worldwide, working closely with the codes and standards team to understand their impact on offerings.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in computer science, engineering, or business administration from an accredited institution.
+ Master's degree in business administration preferred.
**Skills:**
+ Strong experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, business development and/or marketing.
+ Experience in marketing communications support and/or organizing and driving channel programs.
+ Commercial leadership experience (sales, business development, product management).
+ Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
+ Deep understanding of aftermarket and professional services strategy and integration with digital services.
