- Procure materials and subcontract in a timely manner within the approved budget cost.
- Ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials to the support site installation works as per the approved work program.
- Ensure compliance with management, approved procedures, and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct vendor evaluation and registration.
- Negotiate contracts/agreements for purchasing of materials
- Assess supplier/contractor performance re: quality, cost, delivery, service
- Site visit and monitoring as required
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 3-4 years' relevant experience within GCC in a procurement function for civil projects (construction)
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Holding a valid UAE driver's license.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems e.g., Oracle, SAP, Ariba etc.
- Market knowledge in sourcing of materials and services.
- Professional Certification in procurement (e.g., CPP, CIPS or equivalent) are an advantage.

The Procurement Officer serves as a vital support function, specialising in Marketing, IT, and administrative procurement activities. This role involves assisting in the management of end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and adherence to organisational procurement policies.
