Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with DOH, JAWDAH, TASNEEF, and other regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.

- Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability throughout the organization, promoting awareness and engagement at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in any medical background.
- Master's in hospital administration and management or MBA in Healthcare Management.
- CPHQ Trained or Certified.
- At least 3 years experience in the same position or designation.
- Desirable with HAAD/DOH License.
- Experience as a Quality Officer in homecare.

The overall charge is to provide support through the development of a mechanism for collecting data on the institute’s progress. We currently have a vacancy to join a leading provider of comprehensive aviation services based in the Middle East, as a Compliance Monitoring Officer. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi and offers a full relocation package for the successful candidate.
The company specialises in delivering customised aviation maintenance, repair, overhaul, logistics and supply chain services to military and civil aviation customers across the region. Whilst their head office is based in Abu Dhabi, they have a number of operational facilities across various UAE military bases and aviation sites. The company plays a key role in supporting the UAE Armed Forces and other regional air forces. They support a wide range of both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft including military helicopters such as Black Hawks, Chinooks and Apaches as well as transport aircraft such as C130 Hercules. Their services include line and base maintenance, avionics, airframe and engine repair and comprehensive logistical support.
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager, the successful candidate will support and execute the Quality Assurance strategy within the aviation maintenance site as directed by the QA Manager and/or Aviation Directorate. The QAO will also capture the defined aviation QA Key Performance Indicator(s) (KPI’s) data and report this information to the relevant maintenance program management team and the QA Manager to monitor the overall health of the aviation maintenance program.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the aviation maintenance site auditing scheduled as defined in the maintenance contract.
- Assist the QA Manager in meeting and ensuring compliance to the documented quality management system auditing requirements and its processes.
- Assist in the development of the relevant quality assurance KPI(s) to measure and monitor the aviation maintenance programs performance.

Job Description
The job holder is responsible to work with quality managers to help establish quality control mechanisms identify risks and define relevant risks mitigation strategies. She/he also develops and implements project standards and frameworks to ensure that its objectives are met and ensure compliance and strict adherence to the ISO Quality Manual.
Monitor and execute SOPs for Warehouse Operations
- Ensure all SOPs are strictly adhered to in the Warehouse Operations.
- Report observed errors in delivery (delays returns double orders wrong orders batch/expiry differences).
- Conduct at least 2 pharma agency stock check/month; report results vis--vis expiries lot details vs. system.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Health Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
- Reduce the returned orders with relevant errors to 50% vs. 2016 reported figures by continuously conduction daily audit reports.
- Ensure compliance to the corporate Policies Procedures and SOPs.
Investigation of Customer Complaints along with stock investigation
- Investigate customer complaints & deficiency report and prepare a report specifying the root cause.
- Update customer complaint report and submit it to the QA Manager.
- Identify and suggest corrective steps on any deficiency caused by improper storage methods extended periods of storage etc.
- Facilitate internal/external auditors with any relevant documentation reports etc.
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction is at 85%.
Review of ISO Manual
- Periodic review of AEC ISO Quality Manual in coordination with Corp ISO Specialist.
- Ensure compliance and strict adherence to the ISO Quality Manual.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on Quality and systems for Management review.
- Suggest necessary amendments to the Corporate ISO specialist to be incorporated in the Quality Manual.
- Review & complete GSDP questionnaire as per ISO Standards and guidelines requested by the principal companies.
- Ensure compliance and strict adherence to the ISO Quality Manual.
- Timely revise and update all SOPs and ensure on time ISO 9001:2015 training certification.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in science from a recognised University or Institution.

Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Exposure to ISO standards and ISO training and certification.
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry specifically including Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
