Operational Audits

Customer & Brand Experience
- Act as a brand ambassador ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Handle customer feedback in coordination with branch managers and barista teams.
- Ensure the café ambiance and overall experience align with brand values.
Coordination Across Branches
- Travel between branches to maintain consistency in quality and standards.
- Work closely with Head Baristas and Supervisors to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Support management in rolling out new menu items, seasonal launches, or campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in specialty coffee, café management, or hospitality QA roles.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee standards, café operations, and customer service.
- Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to train and mentor teams with a hands-on approach.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory, as the role requires branch visits and quality checks.

About Things, You'll Be Working On:
- Manage the QA function and setup QA COE
- Manage Releases of Consumer App, Merchant Portal and API's in various environments
- Engage with the Product Owner & Development team at the early stages of the Story Refinement & Grooming stage to understand the scope of the story
- Liaise with the Product and Delivery team to finalize the Acceptance Criteria which should cover the scope of the story being groomed
- Attend & Participate in the various Agile Ceremonies whenever and wherever needed
- Create manual & automated Test Cases, Regression Test Bed, Test Plan & Scenarios for the stories undergoing development
- Execute Single or Multiple rounds of testing for quality assurance
