Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably within a quoting or sales support function.
Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple quote requests simultaneously.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an international environment, preferably in a pricing role within the Moving, Transportation, or Freight Forwarding sectors.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with quoting software or CRM systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, finished products, in-process samples, stability samples, process/cleaning validation samples, and miscellaneous samples as per approved methods and protocols.
- Ensure all activities comply with GLP, GMP, and ALCOA+ principles.
- Operate major analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, Dissolution Apparatus, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, and IR.
- Perform daily verification, calibration, and routine maintenance of instruments as per SOPs.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of reference standards, working standards, impurity standards, analytical columns, reagents, chemicals, and consumables.
- Conduct qualification of working standards against reference or primary standards.
- Prepare volumetric solutions and standardize them for routine use.
- Prepare, review, and update SOPs, test methods, and specifications as needed.
- Record all data accurately, clearly, and in real-time following GLP requirements.

- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the QC Manager in line with department objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV, and IR instruments.
- Knowledge of LIMS and SAP systems is preferred.
- Good understanding of GMP, GLP, and data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Prepare applicable Management Information (MIs) and align with the Head, Regulatory Compliance and Advisory before onward submission to relevant committees and Senior Management.
- Ensure that the Board and Management Committees, Chief Compliance Officer, and the Group's Senior Management are well-informed of critical compliance regulatory and advisory plans, initiatives, escalations, and issues.
- Be a point of contact for all correspondences with CBUAE and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders accordingly.
- Ensure there is a regulatory & advisory reporting matrix along with standard operating procedures (SOP) in place for managing day-to-day activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review applicable MIs shared with relevant committees and Senior Management.
