Job Description
Our client, a leading property developer, is looking to add further talent to the development arm of their business due to recent growth within the real estate sector. They are well known for delivering large scale projects and for their success in mixed-use community developments. The upcoming projects will be highly innovative and will change the construction market in Dubai.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for multiple sites which are focused on hospitality, retail and residential products. You will manage and coordinate the construction process, inspect the works to ensure performance complies with specification and drawings and approve the contractors materials, construction techniques and programs of work. You will review and approve the QA plan and analyse claims submitted by the contractor. You will also supervise in all matters concerning quality, safety, progress of works and preparation of progress reports.
