Key Responsibilities
Implement independent inspections of construction sites at all stages of the project.
Analyse recorded violations and their rectification deadlines; monitor the performance of quality inspectors.

Specific technical or soft skills required: Knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and international standards (BS, ASTM, ACI). Experience with QA/QC documentation: ITPs, MIRs, NCRs, Method Statements, Material Approvals, Snag Lists, etc. Familiarity with local authority portals for document submission and inspections (e.g., Dubai Municipality eServices.
5+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within UAE, GCC or Global construction/development projects, preferably in high-rise, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, ADM).
Proven track record in project handovers, inspections, and final approvals.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC software like Procore, Aconex, Plan Radar or analogue.

Designation:- Quality Control Manager
Salary:- AED 10,000/-
Work Location:- Fujarah, sometimes travel to Dubai (as per the requirements)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance
operations for our bottled water production facility.
This role requires expertise in 5-gallon and PET bottle quality control processes and
the ability to maintain the highest standards of product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures for 5-
gallon and PET bottle production lines
Conduct regular quality inspections and testing of raw materials, production
processes, and finished products
onitor compliance with local and international quality standards (ISO,
HACCP, FDA guidelines)
aintain detailed quality control documentation and reports
nvestigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and
preventive actions
Team Leadership & Management
ead and supervise quality control team members
rain staff on quality procedures, testing methods, and safety protocols
onduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
oordinate with production, packaging, and maintenance teams to ensure
quality standards
Process Improvement
dentify opportunities for quality improvement and cost reduction
nalyze quality data and trends to prevent recurring issues
mplement new testing methods and quality control technologies
articipate in continuous improvement initiatives
Compliance & Documentation
nsure compliance with health and safety regulations
aintain quality management system documentation
repare quality reports for management and regulatory authorities
upport internal and external auditsMulti-location Coordination
ravel to Dubai branch as required to maintain quality standards across
locations
oordinate quality procedures between Fujairah and Dubai facilities
nsure consistent quality standards across all production sites
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
achelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Quality Management, or
related field
-5 years of experience in quality control management
pecific experience with 5-gallon and PET bottle production and quality
control
xperience in bottled water or beverage industry preferred
Technical Skills
trong knowledge of quality control testing methods and equipment
amiliarity with water quality parameters and testing procedures
nderstanding of plastic bottle manufacturing and quality requirements
roficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001, HACCP)
nowledge of UAE and international food safety regulations
Personal Attributes
trong analytical and problem-solving skills
xcellent attention to detail and accuracy
eadership and team management capabilities
ffective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
bility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
illingness to travel between locations as needed
