Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and own a comprehensive social media strategy for @pastamamma.official and @memoriescoffeeco (defining core content themes, establishing a consistent posting schedule and setting measurable growth objectives)
  • Produce monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Content Creation & Production
  • Shoot, edit and publish Reels, Stories, static posts and other on-brand content.
  • Coordinate all aspects of photo/video shoots—working with chefs, restaurant managers and the Social Media Executive on creative direction and talent coordination.
  • Community Management
  • Engage daily with followers: respond to comments, DMs and mentions promptly and on-brand.
  • Monitor sentiment, highlight user-generated content and flag emerging trends or issues.
  • Influencer & Partner Relations (with PR Agency)
  • In partnership with our PR agency, identify, vet and reach out to local influencers and content creators.
  • Collaborate with the PR agency to negotiate partnerships, manage deliverables and track performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • You'll work closely with:
  • Marketing Team – aligning social campaigns with wider promotions and PR activities
  • Creative & Design – on asset development, post-production and visual consistency
  • Operations – syncing on menus, new openings and in-store activations
  • External Vendors – including influencers, photographers and video producers

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years' hands-on experience in social media and content creation for hospitality, F&B or lifestyle brands (agency or in-house)
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems: algorithmic best practices, trends and ad formats
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling
  • Basic proficiency with editing tools (Canva, CapCut)
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) and how to integrate neural-network outputs into social workflows
  • A proactive, data-driven mindset: comfortable analyzing engagement metrics and iterating on content
  • Fluency in English; Russian is a plus.

You will create and manage compelling content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and X (formerly Twitter), ensuring our releases break through and connect with audiences across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon. In addition to core responsibilities you will have and nurture fantastic relationships with key regional and local mainstream, digital and niche music media editors and journalists. You will be the labels 'go to' for all press, media and publicity activities, maximizing visiting artist performances with regional media, and working with growing Gen-Z cultural commentators / bloggers across different platforms to reach new consumers as the communications landscape becomes increasingly disrupted by new media.

This role is on-site for candidates based in Dubai and remote for candidates based outside of Dubai in the Middle East.

What you'll do:
  • Lead the social media content strategy for our Arabic repertoire, including campaign planning, daily content calendars, and community engagement
  • Develop creative content (short-form video, memes, stories, reels, posts) tailored to each platform and aligned with artist branding and release plans
  • Assist in creating artist campaigns, artist social media strategies, and artist media features
  • Daily press relations and follows ups on news dissemination, servicing songs to key media and outlets, secure and organize artist interviews and features around releases for domestic as well as international priority releases
  • Development of communications assets including digital releases, artist blogs, features and milestone news, internal global newsletter on relevant achievements/new releases and management of appropriate internal and external approvals
  • Identify and pitch publicity opportunities and new angles for our artists, team, company, and catalogue releases to regional media outlets (print, digital, broadcast, podcasts, influencers)
Who you are:
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a social media role, creative communications, and regional media role
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism, or media (preferred)
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills in English and Arabic
  • Experience in content creation & storytelling with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand captions, posts, and stories tailored to different platforms

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee the digital presence of all companies under the IM Media Holding umbrella: Imfluence, Imvent, and Imtellect. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is ready to take ownership of shaping our online voice. At times, you’ll be behind the camera creating content and at others you’ll work with a team of editors & creatives to coordinate with multiple stakeholders ensuring a cohesive and impactful digital strategy across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each brand under IM Media Holding. Align content calendars with broader business objectives, ensuring consistency and relevance across platforms. Analyze trends and data to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
  2. Content Creation and Community Management: Technical know-how on creating content using smartphones and editing on the go. Collaborate with creative teams to produce scroll-stopping visuals, videos, and copy for each brand. Oversee the creation and execution of monthly content calendars, ensuring content is engaging and brand-aligned. Monitor and respond to audience engagement across platforms, maintaining a strong brand voice. Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate approval of scripts, cast and shoots.
  3. Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize future content. Create monthly and quarterly reports detailing successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
  4. Platform Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Identify emerging platforms and recommend strategies for early adoption where relevant.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Proficiency in understanding and managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms. Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut or similar. Ability to film and edit bite-sized content on the go.
  2. Creative and Strategic Abilities: Exceptional storytelling and content curation skills tailored for different audiences. Comfortable with being in front of the camera at times. Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creative thinking. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  3. Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably managing multiple brands. Proven track record of building and growing social media presence for businesses.
  4. Attributes: Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with different teams. Organized, deadline-driven, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities. Passionate about the digital space and always eager to learn.

Based in Dubai, the successful candidate willbe responsible for managing the social media presence of multiple schoolsacross the UAE, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence across allplatforms. The Social Media Executive will play a pivotal role in enhancingbrand visibility, fostering community engagement, and driving lead generation.

What you’ll do

  • Community Management: Oversee the daily management of social media accounts for multiple schools across the UAE & GCC.
  • Content Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute content plans aligned with the overall marketing strategy,ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to the target audience
  • Content Creation & Coordination : Work closely with photographers, videographers, and in-house designers toproduce high-quality content for social media. Ensure all content adheres toindividual school brand guidelines
  • Collaboration with Schools : Partner with school teams to align social media efforts with upcoming events, activities, and key initiatives. Ensure timely content planning and execution to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Lead Generation & Admissions Support : Work alongside school admissions teams to optimise lead generation through social media.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Conduct detailed monthly analysis of social media performance, measuringeffectiveness, engagement, and conversions. Identify areas for improvement andbenchmark against industry competitors
  • School Engagement & Content Gathering : Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at each school to stay updated on events and initiatives. Proactively gather content remotely through regular communication and coordination with school teams.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably at an agency
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented, positive approach to managing workload and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UAE and occasionally beyond, as required, for school visits and events.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car for transportation to different schools in the UAE.
