Indoor air quality control measures are implemented and confidential reports are prepared for risk management on IAQ issues. Technical support is provided in resolving problems.
Preventive maintenance programs are developed and supervised contractors within the district.
Water conditions in hot water and chilled water systems are monitored and tested using chemical treatments and glycol.
Maintenance and service repairs are performed on hot water and chilled water piping, along with air and hydronic balancing.
