JOB PURPOSE
The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing goods and materials for use in retail operations and supporting activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Place orders for goods and materials from local suppliers, receive them and meticulously check shipments for defects or damages, ensuring the delivery matches the requested quantity. Promptly report any discrepancies, damages, or short receipts.
- Ensure proper storage of goods/materials in compliance with stock management standards and any updated rules provided by the Warehouse Manager.
- Perform regular stock check-ups to ensure that inventory records match physical items stored in the warehouse/storage areas.
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance of lifting and stacking equipment to minimize any unplanned operational interruptions and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Ensure all operating, safety, environment, and quality procedures are followed to ensure the highest standards of warehousing operations.
- Specific for Multimedia: Inspect received goods for defects or damages ensuring delivery of requested quantity and reporting any discrepancy to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor. Promptly locate and issue stored items upon requisition to meet operational needs.

Job BriefThe incumbent is accountable for the management of stocks, orders, release, storage, timely delivery, transferring goods to the correct area, and correct document recording and data entry into the system.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Warehouse Coordination:

Inventory Check:
- Actively assist in the periodic stock inventory checks and report any products due for expiry to ensure the accuracy of system information and minimize the risk of inventory issues.
- Physically check all expired products against the Quality Inspection Form.
Clearance:
- Receive the products after clearing, local purchase or demo returns and report it back to the Sales Coordinators with the supporting documents.
- File all LPOs received with all clearance documents in the correct files.
- Create the Delivery note and Invoice as per LPO details.
- Attend to any calls from the Sales team, customers, suppliers when needed and assist them with the information they need.
- Create any Sales return and internal sales adjustment documents on Netsuite and upload any supporting documents.
- Prepare the products for shipment along with the WH Assistants as per the Sales Order and ensure that they are loaded on the vehicle properly.
Transportation:
- Ensure that the delivery is on time and alert the Asst. Distribution Manager of any delays.
- Receive the signed Delivery note and Invoices from the Drivers and ensure that all necessary documents are available.
Admin:
- Support the Finance Department with all documents.
- Attend to all urgent situations and ensure that all requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean Warehouse to guarantee a safe environment for Zahrawi employees to work in.

Admin:

The Lead - First Mile, Warehouse & Last Mile will manage the end-to-end operations of Styli’s Fulfilment Centers in the UAE (both Freezone and Mainland setups). This role is central to ensuring operational continuity and excellence across First Mile pickups, FC operations, Last Mile deliveries within GCC, and B2B cross-border handovers for Africa, the US, and Europe.
The candidate must have a deep understanding of E-commerce warehouse operations in the fashion domain, be skilled at 3PL management, and be able to lead large teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of Styli’s UAE Fulfilment Centres (Freezone + Mainland)
- Manage inbound, storage, order processing, returns, and outbound operations
- Ensure adherence to productivity targets, accuracy, turnaround times, and order SLAs
2. First Mile & Last Mile Oversight
- Coordinate timely pickups from domestic and cross-border sellers in the UAE
- Supervise last-mile handovers to 3PL partners for GCC deliveries
- Track delivery performance and collaborate with logistics partners to improve NDR and delivery SLAs
3. Cross-Border B2B Dispatches
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely consolidation and handover of B2B shipments bound for Africa, the US, Europe, and other emerging markets
- Prepare the warehouse for international export readiness—documentation, labelling, carton-level packing
4. 3PL & Vendor Management
- Work closely with 3PL warehouse partners to manage BAU and peak-season operations
- Ensure contractual KPIs are met: cost per order, storage utilization, manpower efficiency, returns processing time, etc.
- Review operational SLAs, conduct regular audits, and drive corrective action where needed
- Negotiate and manage contracts with 3PL partners for warehousing and last-mile delivery across UAE and GCC
- Optimize cost structures for storage, handling, and delivery while ensuring SLA commitments
- Secure scalable capacity models for peak seasons without compromising service quality
- Define performance-based SLAs with penalties/incentives and lead periodic performance reviews
- Benchmark rates regularly and drive commercial efficiency through structured vendor evaluations
5. Team & People Leadership
- Lead a team of supervisors, associates, and third-party staff across shifts
- Foster a safety-first, KPI-driven warehouse culture
