What you'll be doing:
The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and processing end-to-end payroll operations across KSA, Egypt, and other GCC countries. This includes managing payroll inputs, statutory compliance, banking coordination, reconciliations, and timely salary disbursement. The role ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and alignment with local labor and tax laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
· Manage and process monthly payroll for KSA, Egypt, and GCC countries accurately and on time.
· Validate payroll inputs (earnings, deductions, leaves, overtime, etc.) in coordination with HR and Finance teams.
· Maintain payroll records and audit trails for compliance and reporting.
· Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social insurance regulations in KSA, Egypt, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
· Prepare & Review all Final Settlement across GCC region.
Banking & Disbursement
· Oversee salary disbursement processes, liaise with banks for timely fund transfers and SIF (Salary Information File) generation.
· Coordinate with IT/Finance teams to ensure file interface with banking portals is error-free.
· Address and resolve any salary rejections or banking errors promptly.
Compliance & Reporting
· Ensure payroll taxes, GOSI (KSA), Social Insurance (Egypt), and other statutory obligations are calculated and paid accurately.
· Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for internal and external audits.
· Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders for payroll-related audits and queries.
Process Improvement & Systems
· Drive payroll process improvements and automation across countries.
· Support payroll system enhancements and testing of new configurations or integrations.
· Maintain payroll SOPs and ensure adherence across the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
· 5–7 years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years handling KSA and Egypt payrolls.
· Proven experience in multi-country payroll across GCC countries.
· Strong understanding of WPS, GOSI, EOSB, gratuity, tax and social insurance regulations.
· Hands-on experience with S4Hana & Success Factors
· Proficient in Excel and payroll reconciliation tools.
