The role will sit in the Product Department supporting MetLife Gulf's Retail business operations across UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain through individual unit-linked, life, accident & health insurance products. This position involves supporting on various tasks and initiatives depending on the business need in order to contribute to the growth and profitability of the Retail business. The tasks can range from product development and pricing, financial analysis, data analytics and management reporting.

- Support on product development initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Preparation of Business Case and Technical Note.
- Performing pricing and profitability analysis and ensuring all criteria are met.
- Implementation and testing, including user testing and illustrations.
- Provide assistance in regulatory and management reporting.
- Assist with data analysis, including but not limited to:
- Retrieving historic claims and premium data for experience analysis.
- Extraction of model points from data extracts for portfolio analysis.
- Reporting of persistency metrics.
- Monitoring competition and gathering market information.
- Supporting Operations department with ad-hoc manual illustrations and other tasks as necessary.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular, Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years in relevant experience.
