The "ADNOC Sites Manager" is responsible for the Strategic Sites of a named Global Strategic Account of Emerson, in this case, ADNOC. This is a Leadership role in support of the overall Strategic Account Team with a primary goal of driving profitable business. The Sites Manager supports in a manner that ensures the coverage of the full scope of Emerson's automation solutions with the selected Sites and ensures strong growth of market share and entity.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop a full understanding of the Site organization and work with the Strategic Account Director on alignment with overall ADNOC.
- Be responsible for the development of wider and deeper connections across all end-user functions, with a focus on the Operations, Process, Reliability, Safety, and Maintenance domains.
- Through positive relationships, understand the strategic imperatives and challenges, site priorities, and areas of support required.
- Be the focal point for the end user team for any operational issues that require to be timely addressed within Emerson.
- Position Emerson as a Partner of First Choice.
- Promote and coordinate participation by customers on visitations at Emerson offices for Technical Information Exchange (TIE) Meetings, as well as involvement with the Emerson Global User's Exchange.
- Facilitates Business Strategy Reviews for the Site that map how Emerson can be a Strategic Enabler for Business and Operations Problem resolution or the more efficient and effective advancement of Strategic Projects.
- Keep the customer advised of new capabilities and product road maps and create opportunities to communicate these plans.
- Leverage Emerson and Aspentech alignment to unlock whitespace opportunities.
- Work with end users and internal team to proactively plan and conduct regular Site Walk-downs.
- Prepare briefing documents for collaborative Site Planning Workshops.
- Coordinate key activities across business units and other Emerson employees who call on the site.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

- Willing to travel to cover customer sites across Abu Dhabi and Emerson offices in UAE.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Masters or equivalent experience in Business Administration is preferred.
- Industrial Sales and Prior Account Management experience are preferred.
- Prior working experience for ADNOC with an existing network is desired.
