Job Description:
Change Management Assistance
• Support in the development of change management plans outlining activities, timelines and resources required.
• Develop and work with the team to execute the communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about upcoming changes.

- Change Impact Assessment: Analyze and document how the new processes will impact ways of working across functions (Planning, Payroll, HR, Finance, Omnichannel, B2B Distribution, and Logistics); consolidate insights across workstreams to inform transition and adoption plans.
- Communications & Engagement: Support the rollout of the Group‑wide change and engagement strategy; develop communications, leadership messages, and release‑based communications, that connect changes to the wider transformation story, to build awareness, engagement and readiness for go live.
- Training & Capability Building: Work closely with the training team to ensure training content reflects the new ways of working.
- Change Readiness & Adoption: Contribute to readiness assessments, activation index tracking, and post‑go live adoption measurement. Analyze sentiment, feedback from the change network to identify where reinforcement or refresher training is needed.
- Stakeholder & Change Network Support: Engage with business leads, super users, and local change agents to cascade messages, gather feedback, and champion adoption during the different phase of the program.
- You have a strong background in change management, ideally within complex retail or consumer goods organizations. Experience in leading change within tech transformation projects is particularly valued.
- You have previous GCC experience, which is considered a plus.
- You are familiar with SAP/S4HANA and Blue Yonder; exposure to these systems is an advantage.
- You hold a Prosci certification or equivalent, which is considered a plus.
- You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Arabic considered an advantage.
- You have a proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and engage diverse stakeholders in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

With your expertise in IT services, you'll invoke problem management processes where further investigation into root cause is required and communicate the status of high-priority incidents to customers throughout the incident lifecycle, as per the communication plan.

Applying AWS frameworks and mechanisms such as Working Backwards, Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework while demonstrating business and technical credibility across diverse stakeholders, you will help our delivery teams to distill customer needs into clear technical requirements, decompose complex problems, and make informed trade-off decisions considering performance, scalability, security, and business impact.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region, hunt large accounts, create a pipeline of qualified leads according to the company targets, and turn them into proposals and contracts.
- Develop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospect's needs and priorities, and ultimately provide workable solutions.
- Develop Rules Cube’s sales strategic plan.
- Management of customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums, and amendments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in selling Digital Transformation solutions.
- Previous work experience in digital transformation consulting firms or clients.
- Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the client needs.
- Being able to understand and explain technical terms in a way that is easy to understand by client executives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them.
- Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

What You’ll Do As a Business Analyst – Graduate Program, you will be an integral part of a team. You will engage in activities that support our clients’ projects and contribute to our firm’s business development and intellectual capital development efforts. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing findings into clear presentations and reports, and actively participating in client meetings and internal team meetings.

What You Will Need To Succeed Basic Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree or completing a master’s program with a graduation date before June 2026

- Preferred major(s): Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Medicine, Public Health or a related field

· PMP Project certification.
· Proven experience working in safety solutions, Fire & Gas and Fire- fighting system with good understanding of safety and reliability standards in O&G industry
