The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive data quality program. This includes maintaining direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives regarding how data is managed across the organization.

This key member of the broader data management group will play an important role in influencing and providing direction to the wider data management community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a robust organizational data strategy aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Manage and support the development and oversight of data governance framework standards, practices, policies, and processes.
  • Lead the development of a Data Governance Office as a center of excellence committed to ingraining a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
  • Lead and provide direction in the monitoring and analysis of the latest strategic technological and regulatory trends within the organization and on a global scale.
  • Promote good data quality practices and the management of data as a strategic asset.

Core Deliverables:

  • Lead the production of information on performance and quality standards for data within the organization.
  • Gather and create inputs for the management and reporting of data SLA and KPIs, including monitoring of data quality dashboards and SLA breaches.
  • Lead and provide guidance and all necessary support to the AVP data governance and data quality in managing and resolving data quality issues.
  • Advise on targets and monitoring standards with stakeholders for data entry and data collection undertaken.
  • Responsible for leading/directing the development of DQ measurement/reporting/control capabilities.
  • Responsible for leading/directing the development and maintenance of data quality rules.
  • Responsible for leading/directing the development and maintenance of DQ profiling tools/methodologies.
  • Responsible for leading the development and ongoing maintenance of data definitions, standards, lineage, and other data quality artifacts as part of the data catalog.
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and management of organizational reference data.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on systems/process developments to control and improve data quality.
  • Lead the development of Data Quality Monitoring tools and DQ Dashboards and provide direction to subordinates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree educated individual with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of direct experience; 5 years overall industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of direct experience in data-related programs, ideally in financial services.
  • Experience of contributing to regulatory projects would be beneficial.
  • Strong Data Governance skills; direct experience of developing Data Governance frameworks and/or performing a Data Governance Management role.
  • Good operational knowledge of data quality management processes.
  • Experience of collating, designing, and presenting top-quality management information to senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Excellent track record of delivering on strategic data initiatives.
Skills and Attributes

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has good knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality programs, frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Can work effectively on strategic programs and synthesizing business requirements and priorities with existing organizational capabilities.
  • Is proficient in common DQ and dashboard tooling.
  • Has technical knowledge of common DQ tools and standards.
  • Has good SQL knowledge.

Service Line Data Management Professional

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the monitoring and enhancement of global Service Line platform data quality consistency and completeness. This involves collaborating with markets to manage and analyse SL related master data information such as clients, products, campaigns and suppliers.

Globally and regionally, identifying, measuring, governing and reporting on data quality that supports our Service Line Operations team to drive actionable improvement in conjunction with Market SL COOs, peers and team members. The goal is to cleanse, govern and enhance data quality.

Supporting the organization to build data quality awareness, considering consistency, completeness, accuracy, auditability and timeliness of the data quality to highlight a few key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops a deep understanding of the Service Line technology landscape including the data flows involving local Service Line systems, D365, other corporate systems and global onboarding solutions to be able to critically assess the operational and business change required to realise the value from our investments.

Conducts periodic reviews with our market and functional teams to identify inaccurate or legacy data and takes the required actions to deactivate/eliminate/rectify master records so as to avoid financial implications.

Works with Global MDM team to share insights/inputs based on the discussions and analysis around master data collected at local/regional level.

Supports data entry and input into our Service Line platform to ensure and appropriately QA data quality from the start.

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in finance-related projects and functional knowledge of Revenue Accounting and Oracle ERP Finance Modules.

The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience in Database testing / Data warehouse testing / data, preferably in Oracle DB, with a strong understanding of ETL testing and processes like test strategy, test cases, Defect triages.

In this role, you will analyze ETL mapping documents, develop and execute SQL scripts based on these documents, verify data correctness and integrity, and ensure seamless data flow.

You will also contribute to QA processes and provide expert-level support to ensure the quality of our data sources, extracts, transformations, and loads.

Key Responsibilities:
