About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager position is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to promote the company's consumer and tech commercial products and services. The role leads campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels – including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing – to maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement omnichannel digital marketing strategies for Gaming products, AI workstations, and Notebooks and tech services.
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, etc.) to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM to create on-demand and push promotions.
  • Optimize affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations to expand reach by leveraging their brand for the company and product promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.

Content & Social Media

  • Oversee social media strategy (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, etc.) to engage gaming communities and commercial customers.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact content (trailers, gameplay clips, live streams, blogs) to attract and engage consumers and B2B customers.
  • Understand and re-use digital customer data and optimize the best performing targeting for digital ads.

Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs (CTR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, CR) using tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, or Tableau

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Foster community engagement through Discord, Reddit, and forums.
  • Work with PR and customer support to maintain brand reputation.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of performance marketing, SEO and CRO professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration and inclusivity, aligning with the company’s core values.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement professional development programs for the Digital Marketing Team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.A. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools (such as HubSpot, ChatGPT, or Semrush) to optimize campaign performance, automate workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with UA (User Acquisition) strategies.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising or gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Store, etc.).
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Knowledge with AI tools related to designing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Knowledge of CRM (HubSpot, Mailchimp), analytics (Google Analytics, Looker), and CMS tools.
  • Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimization) is a plus.
  • Creative with strong analytical skills.

About the role

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with content, data, and web teams to structure, tag, and serve content that aligns with AI/LLM-driven search behaviour.

What you'll need
  • Demonstrated experience with technical and content SEO , including schema, indexation strategy, and LLP architecture.

About the Role

Support the Marketing Line Manager in executing digital marketing initiatives in alignment with the overall Marketing and Communications strategy, to drive the business objectives across all Business Units—excluding Events Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, analytics, and tactical campaign delivery. Ensure all activities align with defined objectives, adhere to timelines, and remain within budget, while focusing on optimizing performance and measuring conversions.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a digital agency environment, preferably servicing local clients in the events, real estate, or free zone industries.
  • Prior exposure to Dubai Government entities is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, including:
