Overview

Job Purpose: To generate timely, effective and safe operational flight plans and pre-flight briefings for scheduled and non-scheduled flights throughout the Company's network in compliance with Air Arabia policies and procedures, and GCAA/CAA regulations. Key Result Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Operations Controller/Chief Pilot/Head of Flight Operations and Captains in Command to manage irregular operations and disruptions, delays, cancellations, and rotations in an effective manner whilst initiating alternative plans in line with business interests and needs.
• Employs all possible tools and channels, during emergencies, to convey necessary safety related information to the Captains in Command to ensure safe conduct of the flights, and initiates procedures prescribed in the Operations Manual whilst ensuring abidance by GCAA/CAA and Air Traffic Procedures.
• Deputizes the Operations Controller in assessing accidents/incidents and in initiating the Emergency Response Accident/Incident Notification Procedures as well as the corporate notification process.
• Ensures all LIDO Flight Planning data maintenance related functions are carried out so that all OFP's are produced in consideration to all applicable regulatory, AIP requirements.

The Role
The Flight Dispatcher is responsible for the delivery of a high standard of customer service in adherence to ADA, GCAA, Security and Safety requirements. Shares responsibility for the safety of each flight with the airline captain. They exercise operational control and supervision of flights to fulfill the legal requirements of General Civil Aviation Administration (GCAA) Civil Aviation Advisory Publication (CAAP} 17 and International Regulatory guidelines. • The Flight Dispatcher delivers a high standard of customer service, safety and security contributing to consistent service excellence. • Jointly responsible with the captain for the safety and operational control of the flight in preparing all details pertaining to the proposed flight, including the nature and duration of the flight, weather conditions, airway routing, fuel requirements, altitudes, general traffic flow and keeps all personnel concerned with the flight . • Maintains valid regulatory documents, passport and relevant visas. • Authorizes, regulates and controls flights according to GCAA and Company regulations to expedite and ensure Safety of flight. • Carry out Flight Following responsibilities including use of VHF radio and tracking softwares. • Ensures Flights are planned and carried out within the allowable flight and duty limits, and valid qualifications for the crew. • Responsible for day to day flight operations with all available current reports or information on aerodrome conditions and irregularities of navigation facilities that may affect the safety of flight. • Analyzes and evaluates possible effects of the weather on the route to be flown in the light of meteorological information to determine potential hazards to safety of flight and to select the most desirable and economic alternative route of flight which may be flown safely and in accordance with the company's procedures and standards. • Reviews and computes the minimum amount of fuel required for the safe completion of flight according to type of aircraft, distance of flight, maintenance limitations, weather conditions and cargo loads prescribed by GCAA regulations. • Prepares operational flight plans containing information such as maximum allowable take-off and landing weights, weather reports, field conditions, NOTAMS, Aerodrome facilities , ATC and communications procedures, search and rescue facilities and many other informational components required for the safe completion of flight. • Applies for landing and overflight permits, slots and Prior Permission Required (PPR}. • Prepares and signs the dispatch release providing authorization for a flight to depart. • Delays or cancels flight due to unsafe conditions threaten the safety of aircraft or passengers. • Liaise with air traffic control and airport staff about departure time s, and after departure, providing reports on aircraft status and predicted arrival times. • Collects Customer feedback; communicates; reports risks and provides suggest ions as applicable. • Monitors weather conditions, aircraft position reports and aeronautical navigation charts to evaluate the progress of flight. • Updates PIC of significant changes to weather or flight plan and recommends flight plan alternat, s such as, changing course, altitude and if required, enroute landing in the interest of safety and economy. • Responsible and disseminates flight information to stakeholders. • Updates job knowledge to self to stay abreast of new changes and requirements by participating in any possible appropriate method within and outside PF to cover information on PF systems, policies , memos, regulatory requirements (visas, passport, licenses etc), and service & safety bulletins. • Abides and ensures abidance of reporting employees to ADA adopted policies and procedures, security and safety regulations as well as local and applicable international regulations. • Adhere to ADA followed laws and procedures. • Perform other duties as reasonably expected. Field Services Dispatcher

LOCATION : Abu Dhabi- Abu Dhabi -Utd.Arab Emir.

DEPARTMENT : SUPPLY CHAIN

Responsibilities

Job Description Purpose Supervises the development of services in oil fields by controlling the execution of activities in accordance with the established service program, issuing management reports about the rendered service, providing the customer with technical assistance and ensuring suppliers' assistance.

• Ensures supplier's assistance verifying performed tasks, controlling suppliers' invoicing and communicating deviations to top management.
• Reports about the rendered service, performance progress and occurred inconveniences. Participates in the management's report, submitting indicators' analysis results.
• Ensures accurate short-medium term forecast and availability of resources.
• Ensures job documents, PO's, are valid as per customer requirements to insure smooth invoicing
• Ensure all jobs dispatched as per procedure PRD17306, jobs are loaded correctly in planner with zero backlog
• handle logistics from / to the rig site of FISE team
• Follow up FISE collection with Agent / collection team
• Ensures FISE team passes / certificates are valid and renewed on time
• Ensures FISE team PPE / Tools or any other requirements are met and are in stock
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related studies.
• 3-5 years' experience in logistics, preferably working in Oil & Gas Field.
• Very Good English skill, mandatory both verbal and written.
• Business Management.
• Willing to learn the business manufacturing process, its context and its future evolution: constant updating of his supervisor and conduction of the necessary reporting.
• Client Focus.

• Mastery, application and updating of technical and professional competencies of own unit.
