The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all communication between agents and clients meets the company’s high standards of service, compliance, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Call Monitoring & Evaluation:

Lead Management:

Client Feedback Management:

  • Oversee Google reviews and other client feedback on service platforms. Respond to reviews professionally and ensure follow-up actions are taken to resolve issues or improve services.
  • Manage and maintain a positive online presence by addressing negative reviews and ensuring constructive engagement with clients.

Custom Call Checks:

  • Perform additional call quality checks as requested by the line manager or department manager, focusing on specific campaigns, agents, or types of interactions.
  • Handle all incoming client complaints, ensuring a resolution is achieved within 24 hours.
  • Create and maintain detailed incident reports for each complaint to track issues, resolutions, and patterns that may require further investigation or process improvement.

Reporting & Data Analysis:

  • Generate comprehensive quality assurance reports that highlight call performance, NPS trends, lead handling efficiency, and client feedback trends.
  • Provide actionable insights and suggestions for continuous improvement to the management team.
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and management teams to ensure all procedures are followed, and all client interactions are of the highest quality.
  • Assist in training new agents based on identified areas of improvement from call monitoring and feedback collection.
Requirements:

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly within customer service or sales environments.
  • Proven track record of conducting professional calls, campaign management, and handling customer feedback.

Skills:

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in reporting, data analysis, and incident documentation.

Job Brief

The incumbent is accountable to help establish quality control mechanisms, identify risks and define relevant risk mitigation strategies. They are also responsible for developing and implementing project standards and frameworks to ensure that its objectives are met.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor all Cold Products from point of receiving until delivery of products to customers along with Data Logger results within the set temperature limits.
  • Examine the packing of goods from the cold storage and monitor the Data Logger Report to ensure consistency.
  • Check the quality of the vehicles, warehouse cleanliness, temperature control mechanism, storage conditions and validity of goods on shelves on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all Zahrawi Cold Vans/Delivery Vehicles, Data Loggers are calibrated regularly and update the temperature mapping of the Warehouse.
  • Ensure all required licenses and registrations as well as calibration renewals are updated before their expiry dates.
  • Review all technical and quality agreements with suppliers and customers on a regular basis.

ISO Implementation:

  • Create and coordinate a Quality Manual and SOPs with the Warehouse Operation, QA & RA Manager and process owners.
  • Review regularly Zahrawi’s ISO Quality Manual in coordination with the Warehouse Operation, QA & RA Manager.
  • File the proper forms related to each SOP on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance and strict adherence to the ISO Quality Manual.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Conduct Semi-annual Internal Audit to the Warehouse.
  • Lead the Supplier Audit/Dubai Municipality Health and Safety Audit.
  • Ensure all the SOPs are strictly adhered to in the Warehouse.
  • Report all observed mistakes in delivery (delays, returns, double orders, wrong orders, batch/expiry differences).
  • Conduct at least two agency stock checks/month and report the results vis-à-vis expiries, lot details vs. quantity on NetSuite.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
  • Conduct daily audit reports to help reduce the returned orders with relevant errors to a minimum compared to the previous years reported figures.

Product Quality Check:

  • Ensure that a sample of each batch of products is secured from the WH Assistants and provide the samples along with a progress report and supplier invoice to the Warehouse Operation, QA & RA Manager for MOH release approval.
  • Compile all Quality Inspection Forms prepared by the Sr. Driver & Fleet Coordinator and prepare a monthly report.
  • Generate a discrepancy report to the Warehouse Operation, QA & RA Manager for MOH release approval for any late findings (excess, damaged or expired goods) in the shipment.

Warehouse Quality Check:

  • Ensure that the Warehouse & Service Room are kept clean and organized.
  • Ensure that the temperature control mechanism and hygiene standards are maintained in the Warehouse.
  • Ensure a quick and accurate release of shipments from MOH to avoid any delays in transporting the products to the customer.
  • Ensure that all stock areas are segregated properly into: Dispatching, Receiving, Returns, Hold and Expired and that no mix-up could happen at any time.

Inventory Check:

  • Prepare a report of expired/near expiry goods (within 3 months) and submit it to the Warehouse Operation, QA & RA Manager.
  • Coordinate with the WH Assistants to transfer all expired/near expiry products to the designated area.
  • Update on Netsuite the new location of each product once it has been moved.
  • Coordinate with the Principal companies along with the Sales team and Sales Coordinators for further action on the expired/near expiry products.
  • Supervise the goods disposal process and secure MOH and Municipality approvals for destruction.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree - Preferably in Pharmacy.
  • Candidate should be willing to move to Company Visa.
  • Candidate should be based in the UAE.
  • Experience: 2 - 6 years of experience within a similar field.

Also responsible for managing the acquisition of international accreditations across DET’s operations and for enhancing performance in the DGEP. This entails closely liaising with the concerned international accreditation bodies as well as the DGEP respectively to ensure award requirements are fulfilled compliantly and also requires the Director to recommend programs and initiatives to enhance the Group’s ability to attain the targeted accreditations and awards.

Ensure that quality management is instilled into the corporate culture through leading the creation and delivery of informative campaigns and training and through promoting the sharing of knowledge compiled in the area of quality management and control.

Core Functional Responsibilities & Subject Matter Expertise International Accreditations
  • Ensure that the section remains abreast with international accreditation bodies across the organization in various fields of management including systems, services, products, personnel and processes and other fields in the area of conformity assessments
  • Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on the accreditations that DET should pursue based on standard practice across Dubai Government and based on global leading practices in an aim to enrich the list of ‘assets’ owned to meet policy and standard objectives
  • Oversee the review of proposals from business owners on accreditations relevant in their field and facilitate decision making around whether or not to pursue them
  • Oversee liaison and coordination with the concerned international accreditation bodies for the purpose of facilitation enrollment in accreditation programs in line with requirements
  • Oversee sufficient coordination with the relevant business owners to apply for accreditations, which includes preparing and submitting the relevant documentation as well as organizing and participating in field visits by accreditation bodies and their affiliates; oversee effective liaison with the relevant business owners to respond to any queries relating to applications
  • Oversee the preparation of and review management reports and external reports, i.e., for The Executive Council to show case DET’s achievements in international accreditation
  • Oversee the compilation of data and use of data analysis to analyze DET’s performance against international accreditations, which includes analysing compiled feedback; oversee the sharing of this knowledge across the Group and ensure it is leveraged optimally to enhance the DET’s efforts in attaining accreditations smoothly
Excellence Program
  • Oversee sufficient liaison with business owners and the Quality Operations section to ensure that the relevant DGEP performance indicators are embedded within DET’s BAU processes
  • Ensure that the section remains abreast with the Dubai Government Excellence Program Awards, Medals and Variable Awards for each assessment cycle and the requirements in place in an aim to maximize DET’s ability to attain ‘Excellence’ and ‘Elite’ level ratings to the farthest extent possible
  • Oversee coordination with the concerned stakeholders from the DGEP for the purpose of enrolling in awards programs and to understand submission requirements; ensure business owners across DET are thoroughly advised on the various requirements
  • Oversee the design and implementation of DET’s self-assessment process for the purpose of identifying areas of strength and improvement in accordance with the criteria of the Dubai Government Excellence Program; ensure the self-evaluation process is revised as needed to enhance future performance in the Program
  • Ensure that the business owners are provided the needed support to apply for awards, which includes support surrounding the preparation and submission of the relevant documentation as well as organizing and participating in field visits by DGEP personnel
  • Oversee the outcomes of analyses performed on DET’s performance in the Program and its various awards and on received feedback and ensure insights are leveraged to enhance performance in future awards
Quality Operations
  • Oversee the development of quality management standards to facilitate the optimization of quality across DET’s process universe and service catalogue in line with global and Dubai government standards as specified by international accreditation bodies and the DGEP respectively
  • Oversee the definition of DET’s process universe / architecture in line with the defined operating model in order to minimize redundancies and overlaps; ensure the adoption of global standards as applicable, e.g., APQC
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support the definition of performance indicators used to measure the level of quality embedded within policies, processes and procedures; this includes ensure DGEP specific performance indicators are strategically embedded across the relevant processes
  • Participate in task forces with other quality and compliance functions to review sector and entity wide policies, procedures and processes to ensure comprehensiveness and that they adhere to set quality standards and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the identification and implementation of initiatives related to business process reengineering for the purpose of optimizing processes and driving automation / digitalization in line with emerging trends
  • Provide SME inputs for the enhancement of policies, processes and procedures in line with quality standards
  • Oversee the implementation of quality audits performed to ensure that the various sectors and entities are adhering to their set quality standards as per defined policies, procedures and processes; review outcomes and reports and ensure they are shared with the concerned business owners
Corporate Strategic Planning
  • Contribute to the development of the Corporate Strategy & Performance Sector’s strategy
  • and drive overall performance through providing inputs on the Quality Assurance Department’s strategy, priorities and initiatives

This role involves developing local PSM champions, coordinating process safety network meetings and conducting hazard analysis to effectively mitigate risk across the GI fleet. The PSM lead will develop and implement training programs, monitor process safety performance, investigate safety incidents, and share lessons learned to prevent recurrence. The role will be based in Dubai. Frequent travel across the GI perimeter, including GCC, KSA, Africa, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Canada and Australia can be anticipated to support assets on-site. Business Line: Generation International Reporting to: Head of Health and Safety, Generation International Primary Location: Dubai Employee Status: Permanent Schedule: Full Time Key activities and competencies Strategic: - Develop effective process safety management across the GI fleet. - Develop the risk profile of the fleet and ensure suitable actions are taken to mitigate risk - Relay process safety knowledge and lessons learned throughout Generation International at leadership, management, and employee levels. - Promote process safety awareness at regional, country, and asset levels through campaigns and regular trainings. - Enhance collaboration on process safety between assets, countries, and business units. Operational: - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and specifications, Engie Group Rules, Standards, Procedures, and Guidance Notes, particularly GR09 H&S in Industrial Projects, GEN PSM Fundamentals procedure and relevant process safety elements of the Operational Excellence framework. - Coordinate process safety network meetings and provide necessary input, data sharing, or reports and regularly liaise with GBU PS Champion. - Conduct and/or coordinate Process Hazard Risk Assessments (PHRA) — including BowTie assessments, reviews, workshops, and studies — and ensure effective tracking and timely close-out of actions. - Ensure compliance with the GI Process Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment governance document including the identification and management of Safety Critical Elements (SCE). - Organize, lead, or participate in project safety reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, peer reviews, audits, and inspections at O&M and industrial sites, as appropriate. - Ensure project activities comply with the requirements of GR09 H&S in Industrial Projects. Review and approve construction and project derogation requests. - Support business development in reinforcing the management of process safety throughout the project life cycle. - Maintain current and available process safety information. - Ensure that process safety documentation is up-to-date and reflects site reality. - Coordinate root cause analysis promoting the use of TapRoot methodology and develop or advise on action plans to prevent recurrence as appropriate. - Ensure Process Safety Events (PSEs) are reported in a timely manner and recorded in the One Safety Tool (OST). Organisational: - Develop PSM training matrices at regional, country, and asset levels and implement training programs on process safety. - Ensure that staff with process safety responsibilities are competent to perform their roles, particularly PSM champions. - Establish process safety objectives, performance targets, and action plans at the appropriate organizational levels. Planning & Delivery of Work: - Further develop and maintain the GI dashboard displaying key PSM KPIs. - Monitor and evaluate process safety performance regularly, identifying key trends and taking approporate actions to mitigate risk. Decision Making: - Review and approve construction and project derogation requests. - Act as a lead or participate as a member of the investigation team or committee for process safety events. - Support the effective management of major process safety risks. - Take approraite actions to mitigate risks. Working with Others: - Ensure asset PSM champions are nominated and developed in compliance with GEN PSM Fundamentals procedure requirements. - Work in conjunction with the Industrial Projects H&S Manager to review and approve construction and project derogation requests. - Relay process safety knowledge and lessons learned throughout Generation International at leadership, management, and employee levels. Leadership and Management - Serve as the subject matter expert for process safety within GI. - Promote process safety awareness and competency development. - Lead or participate in investigations and safety reviews. - Ensure Process Safety Events (PSEs) are reported in a timely manner and recorded in the One Safety Tool (OST). Requirements
- Recognized engineering degree or science qualification and PSM qualification (NEBOSH Certificate in Process Safety Management or equivalent as a minimum) Experience: - At Minimum of 10 years’ experience in process safety management with exposure to Industrial Safety Management Knowledge and Skills: - Understand industrial processes and identify potential hazards - Develop clear and comprehensive safety protocols - Have a thorough understanding of current PSM requirements - Strong investigative skills to determine the causes of accidents and develop prevention strategies - Analytical thinking to solve complex problems - Good leadership skills to influence and impact locally and globally - Effective communication skills to train staff and relay process safety knowledge

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to work with our Senior Leadership to guide and support the success of our health and safety actions. This key role needs someone who thrives on diversity, including the team, the locations and the challenges. Expertise in construction health and safety risks, mitigation measures and regulations is essential, as is being able to foster the continual strengthening of our health and safety culture.

Main responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance our comprehensive health and safety management system.
  • Design and manage health and safety training to ensure understanding of systems, risks and controls.
  • Provide guidance and support to functional and project teams during the development of designs, methods, risk assessments, specifications and plans.
  • Establish and maintain the inspection and audit schedules, and carry out regular inspections and audits across all sites, and of all systems.
  • Interact with colleagues, clients and partners across all projects and functions, and provide guidance and support to deal with health and safety issues and challenges.
  • Oversee and coordinate the frontline health & safety team, and mentor and coach them to develop and work independently
  • Lead incident investigations and reviews, and coordinate the effective implementation of preventive actions.
  • Analyze health and safety performance and make recommendations to management on improvements to reduce risk, particularly focusing on our objective "Zero Severe Injuries".
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise through recognised and respected qualifications in Health and Safety.
  • At least 10–15 years of experience in construction, including a minimum of 5 years in management.
  • Good knowledge of working in the region.
  • Frequent travel and a desire to spend most of your time on site with frontline teams.
  • Very organised to ensure that priorities are delivered and initiatives maintained.
  • Great at influencing, and strong when necessary.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
