We are seeking a highly motivated Waitress with a refined personality and outstanding hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, service-oriented, an. d possess a strong knowledge of premium beverages, especially champagne, paired with impeccable customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional table service to guests in line with the brands sophisticated standards.
- Present and explain the champagne list, including tasting notes and pairing suggestions.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, memorable dining and drinking experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, grooming, and etiquette.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Assist in preparing tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring orders are served accurately and promptly.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, high-end bars, or lounges minimum 2 years preferred.
- Experience working in a champagne bar, wine lounge, or upscale restaurant is highly desirable.
