Identify defects and prepare Defective Base Report / Over checking report if the product doesn’t meet the specification with approval of QAQC Manager and submit the same to the production team to take corrective action and follow-up until resolution. Initiate Incident Reports for non-conforming goods, out-of-specification processes, in process failures, etc. Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing. Monitor and ensure compliance to regular operating procedures during processing. To verify and ensure correctness of code, date of production and other related information affixed on the corrugated boxes. Follows simple, standardized and routine written directions for assigned quality assurance inspection operations. Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner. To ensure all processes, procedures and activities meet and match those as laid out in company ISO and management procedures. Perform any other job/task assigned by the QC Supervisor to accomplish department objectives.Requirements

Education/ Qualifications

High School Education or Diploma in a Technical / Mechanical field.

Experience
