Position Summary The People Metrics & Systems Analyst will play a key role in advancing People Analytics at Property Finder by delivering actionable insights, designing impactful dashboards, and enhancing reporting capabilities to support workforce planning, talent management, and the broader people strategy. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing and optimizing Property Finder’s HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency, while providing leadership with the insights needed to drive strategic, data-informed decision-making.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people analytics plan, leveraging HR data to drive actionable insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, enabling the delivery of strategic recommendations to enhance HR processes, policies, and programs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and provide them with customised dashboards and analytics tools that optimise their recruitment strategies.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly updating stakeholders on HR analytics insights.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support various HR initiatives, including workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

People Systems:

  • Take ownership of the configuration, maintenance, and administration of all People Systems in Property Finder, ensuring their smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, streamlining workflows, and enhancing reporting capabilities to support the organization's evolving needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to HR systems, bringing forward innovative ideas and recommending enhancements to maximize system effectiveness.

Compliance and Data Security:

  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant data protection and privacy regulations, maintaining compliance of People Systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal requirements and industry standards pertaining to HR data management and security, implementing necessary measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Overview of the Role

As a Finance Systems Analyst, you will support the Head of Financial Systems & Transformation in managing the life cycle of key financial applications across the Automotive division.   • Work closely with the Decommissioning Directorate to support monthly performance reporting and quarterly business reviews.
  • Review and validate monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD) to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Monitor and review gross transactions, ensuring correctness before running monthly JV cutback processes.
  • Prepare and issue monthly JV billings, cash calls, cost carry statements, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Authority for Expenditure (AFE) to both internal stakeholders and JV partners.
  • Manage partner queries related to billings, cash calls, and cost allocations.
  • Coordinate and support partner Joint Venture audits, including preparation, documentation, and query resolution.
  • Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and take corrective actions where needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely information for internal and external financial reporting teams.
  • Support JV finance and operating committee meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounts payable and operations to resolve discrepancies and support business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance standards
  • Professionally qualified accountant (CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally with prior exposure to JV or project-based accounting.
  • Proficient in SAP, Oracle, SUN, or other financial ERP systems.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience working with Joint Ventures or decommissioning projects is an advantage.
