Job Description
This is a senior managerial position responsible for achieving the strategic business objectives and supporting business growth across several SAFRAN Tier One companies, including Aerosystems, Cabin Group, Seats Group, and Landing Systems, while enhancing relationships with key airlines and lessors.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen relations between Customers and SAFRAN leadership. Create and facilitate a formal contact plan for relationship-building meetings between SAFRAN personnel and airline counterparts.
- Help achieve a positive SAFRAN image and recurring business
- Engage frequently, consistently, and regularly with key customer accounts
- Organize periodic business review meetings, product previews, and demonstrations
- Support SAFRAN's strategic business growth by providing accurate, timely information about customer accounts, including strategic plans, fleet data, future fleet plans, sales opportunities, and competitor positioning
- Contribute to and support SAFRAN's annual sales and marketing plans, driving successful closure of sales campaigns using provided information and guidance
- Provide intelligence and support to Sales teams in RFQs, tenders, bids, and bundle propositions that are financially and operationally feasible
- Promote SAFRAN's products and concepts, identify opportunities, and anticipate future customer requirements. Maintain and effectively use the CRM tool for opportunity tracking
- Serve as the primary contact for all SAFRAN Aircraft Interior inquiries related to cabin linefit, retrofit opportunities, and other SAFRAN Group companies
- Participate in and host customers at major industry shows and events
- Assist in identifying suitable business partners complying with SAFRAN Trade Compliance requirements
- Attend, conduct, and host virtual meetings and teleconferences regularly
- Support accounts receivable efforts and ensure timely collections
- Provide timely, accurate reports and maintain updated information on key accounts

Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience engaging with commercial airlines in product development or sales efforts; interiors segment experience preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and achieve business growth objectives
- Excellent English skills (spoken & written); secondary language skills are desirable but not essential
- Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Degree in Business or Engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital applications for marketing and sales
