The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, driving system enhancements, and supporting project delivery across the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate lending products. Experience working with financial institutions, loan management platforms, and compliance workflows is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, credit teams, legal, operations, and IT to gather, document, and validate requirements related to corporate loan origination and covenant tracking.
- Analyze existing loan processing workflows and identify areas of improvement or automation.
- Define and document business process flows, functional requirements, and user stories.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technology teams throughout the SDLC.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and production rollout.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk frameworks concerning corporate lending and covenant monitoring.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Financial Services domain.

- Experience with loan lifecycle management systems such as Finacle, Loan IQ, nCino, Temenos, or similar platforms.
