A reputed Engineering Consultant office in Dubai is urgently looking for a Mechanical Engineer.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for site supervision, auditing work execution, quality checks, and maintaining records for high-rise towers and luxury villas.
- Check materials received on site in compliance with the Contractor’s approved submissions.
- Inspect construction works, including builder works and MEP installation, as per shop drawings and project specifications.
- Inspect testing and commissioning for all mechanical services.
- Check for non-conformity to specifications and drawings.
- Assist and coordinate with other engineers upon the approval of shop drawings and material submittals.
- Administer and manage all submittals and approval processes.
- Monitor contractor’s activities on site concerning technical, authorities’ regulation, and contractual compliance.
- Discuss with other engineers all interrelated construction functions, including materials, equipment, and construction sequence.
- Communicate directly with contractors and clients to coordinate activities on routine matters.
- Mechanical Engineering graduate with 7+ years of working experience as a site engineer.
- Willing to join on an immediate basis; candidates with 3-5 years of experience in UAE are preferred.
- UAE Driving License is a must.

The Electro Mechanical Engineer is responsible for performing all the administrative and operational functions necessary for the day to day operation of the project related to electromechanical activities
**Job Duties**
+ Review of Inspectors Daily Reports.
+ Preparation of Engineer's Daily Diary.
+ General oversight of Inspector's daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance and guidance on the supervision of the Contractor's operations.
+ Review of Contractor's inspection, surveying and testing requests and subsequent completed reports.
+ Review and Approval of the Contractor's Shop Drawings as delegated by the Resident Engineer.
+ Monitoring the performance of the survey party.
+ Review and Approval of the Contractor's proposed materials and methods as delegated by the Resident Engineer.
+ Preparation of Meeting Minutes as delegated by the Resident Engineer.
+ Coordination with Contractor's supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence and method of work.
+ Monitoring conformance with the Contractor's schedule.
+ Continuous Field Inspections of the work in the progress and consultation with both the Resident Engineer's and Contractor's supervisory staff.
+ Preparation of written and oral reports to the Resident Engineer on contractual and procedural matters.
+ Review of as-built drawings, in coordination with inspectors and surveyors.
**Qualifications**
+ Relevant Engineering Degree
+ Previous RTA approval is preferable
**Experience**
+ 10+ years demonstrable experience in supervision of construction of roads and highways.
+ Previous experience in Dubai is required

AECOM is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Engineer for a major Roads and Bridges project located in Dubai. The Electromechanical Engineer will be a key member of AECOM's supervision team for infrastructure projects in Dubai, overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and coordination of all electromechanical works. This includes pumping stations, street lighting systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), tunnel/station MEP works, traffic signal systems, and associated control and automation systems.

**Documentation & Reporting**
