AtkinsRéalis Business is hiring an experienced Information Manager for our Middle East Site Ops delivery team. This person will be carrying out a mix of functions that span from internal process improvements to managing construction project delivery supervision. The successful candidate should be a people, process and technology focused individual whose main duty will be to ensure that the project delivery team(s) adhere to agreed standards and best industry methodologies. The candidate will also actively support project teams on proposal/bids and project delivery.
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in architecture or engineering and 9+ years' experience in AEC industry, preferably with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Middle East region, with an engineering/design consultancy, PMC or contractor.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in digital delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects (Information Management).
- Proficiency in Arabic (spoken) is mandatory for this role.
- Information Management certification from a relevant institution e.g. BRE, Operam Academy, RICS etc.
- Software certification such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, Synchro, Fuzor etc. is desirable.
- Good knowledge of LOD 350-500 industry standard.
- Contractor's experience is advantageous with an understanding of driving project digital delivery from design, construction to handover stage.
- Demonstrable experience of working with various stakeholders (such as but not limited to contractors, consultants, PMCs, vendors and clients).
Key skill requirements:
- A thorough understanding of data, information management including compliance to ISO 19650 standards.
- Sound knowledge in engineering design and in assisting engineering disciplines in with Self/Inter and Multi-disciplinary design coordination and quality compliance.
- Good knowledge of authoring tools from key software vendors such as Autodesk, Bentley, Rhino, Trimble in delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
- Proficient knowledge of model federation and design co-ordination platforms such as Navisworks, BIM Track or Revizto for performing tasks like clash management, model walkthroughs, issue tracking and management.
- Proficient knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) such as ACC-Build, ASITE or ProjectWise etc.
- Good knowledge of data visualization/analytics platforms such as PowerBI.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Dynamo is desirable.
- Knowledge of information management uses such as construction sequencing (4D), quantity take-offs (5D), extended reality (VR+AR).
- A grounded understanding of construction quality processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Must have developed Information Management documents e.g. Pre and Post-BEP, federation strategy, Level Of Information Need (LOIN), responsibility matrix, clash-matrix etc.
- Understanding of MIDP/TIDP is essential.
- Demonstrate an understanding of engineering principles and spatial coordination.
Job duties:
- As an Information Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that digital content is created, stored and published using the latest technologies and best practices in line with the Contract(s).
- Ensure internal and external capability and capacity processes are implemented and followed.
- Facilitate use of the CDE by project teams.
- Preparing BEP as per EIR.
- Supervise the team while performing clash detection and resolution.
- Undertake the functions of effective information management as part of the project management team in accordance with ISO 19650 and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle, where AtkinsRealis are either the Lead Appointed Party or an Appointed Party.
- Have a solid understanding of construction processes.
- Support strategic AtkinsRealis global and regional digital initiatives.
- Support annual ISO 19650 certification maintenance process.
- Support the Digital Lead in line with the business RACI matrix.
- Advise on technology supporting Site Ops delivery (such as drones, robots, satellite imagery etc.).
- Advise on point-cloud data for as-built model preparation.
- Have thorough understanding of tasks related to QA/QC of LOD 400-500 construction models.
- Oversee development of information management uses such as construction sequencing (4D), quantity take-offs (5D), extended reality (VR+AR).
- Support COBie, Uniclass and Masterclass implementation.
- Supervise the strategic planning to produce asset information model (AIM) with the related O&M data.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams and interfaces with clients.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead and independently perform the pipeline engineering scope for Concept, FEED and Detail Engineering phases.
- Develop and review pipeline design strategies, standards, and procedures.

- Key Requirement 1: Previous ADNOC EPC experience + familiarity with ADNOC procedures & requirement (procurement, permitting, interfaces, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Key Requirement 2: Highly capable and efficient in preparing (hands-on) all onshore pipeline engineering deliverables independently and simultaneously working on multiple pipeline projects. Owns assigned tasks with high degree of responsibility. Flexibility & adaptability to maneuver dynamic and evolving project environment.

JOB PURPOSE:
Update / Generate black oil and compositional simulation models with field development planning, short, and
long-term profiles. Conduct model sensitivities and prioritize development schemes applying best practices,
Uncertainty & Risk assessment and economics. Undertakes reservoir simulation studies to attain stated
objectives and translate results into operational guidelines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Coordinates and works with Geoscientists on reservoir characterization and upscaling.
- Builds sizable Full Field simulation models, history match and use them in predictions.
- Conducts quality check and consistency of simulation model, history match scenarios with respect to
- geological model characteristics.
- Develops characterization of reservoir fluids and Equation of State (EOS) modelling, calibration and
- Convert simple black oil models to compositional. Diagnoses model convergence and run-time problems.
- Coordinates with Technical centre in designing IOR/EOR methods (WI, Immiscible GI, Miscible GI, and Surfactant and polymer injection) to enhance recovery and pressure maintenance methods.
- Applies different methods of reserves estimation using probabilistic and deterministic methods (Mbal, DCA and simulation models sensitivities).
- Identifies required action using simulation models for maximize recovery/meet current production quotas, design, follow up, QC and analyse reservoir studies e.g. RCA, SCAL and PVT.
- Conducts special simulation studies for Field Development optimization (well pacing, infill wells,
- advanced wells, Pilots)
- Applies multiphase flow in the reservoir, effective permeability concept and correlations for relative
- permeability. Integrate pressure and production test results for reservoir simulation and management decisions.
- Contributes to reservoir monitoring program and data gathering with effective cost program to enable collecting necessary data to help best reservoir management and reduce uncertainties.
- Liaises with contractors conducting the study, analyses and reviews findings and actions study recommendations. Participate in periodic update and validation of database with monthly production/injection data and descriptions to display wells, reservoir and field performance for appropriate distribution and Simulation model recalibration.
