Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate ofBachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS/MBChB)
- Must have an experience of 5 - 10 years of experience
- Experience in Industrial Medicine, Occupational Health, Emergency & Ambulance is preferred.
- Must have a Home Country License
Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties such as keeping inventory of medical equipment and supplies, setting staff schedules, updating and maintaining patient records, and being an information resource for patients and healthcare workers
- Managing the healthcare facility’s policies and procedures, ensuring that best practices are followed, and resolving cases where the facility is out of compliance
- Finding innovative ways to optimize the level of healthcare while also reducing the facility’s costs
- Developing departmental goals and objectives for workers to improve the patient experience
- Overall knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) business management (pricing, financial reporting, census measures, variance reports, labour reports, etc.)
- Conduct a monthly comprehensive audit & site visit. Conduct unannounced hours visits once a month or more frequently if the risk is perceived or inferred.
- Supporting the Operations Director to deliver the above in line with the Companies Vision, values and strategy, evidenced by accurate and timely reporting, clear communication whilst being selfdirected.
- Periodically managing internal audits with regards to service standards and compliance ensuring that agreed KPIs and SLAs are delivered
- Attend and contribute to the corporate agenda, attending Quality Review Meetings and routine finance meetings and other meetings as required, sharing knowledge of the Hospitals and indicating targets set and progress made by your direction and support

About the Rolewith Offshore Transportation and Installation Experience
With particular reference to following activities in shallow water (S-Lay / Jacket / Deck / Cables / Structures installation) to:

• Follow up onshore & offshore operation to provide technical assistance (project side) vessel management team during mobilization / testing & installation phase.

The ADNOC-Approved HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, monitoring site activities, and conducting safety audits.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all site operations comply with ADNOC HSE regulations, UAE labor laws, and international safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001).
