Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the development of policies and guidelines that support the CBUAE's monetary policy, including the design and implementation of all aspects related to the Dirham Monetary Framework and its ongoing development, as well as CBUAE's market operations and other key components of the UAE monetary system, such as reference interest rates, payment system functioning, capital flows, and exchange rate.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of macro-financial analysis to monitor the effectiveness of monetary policy transmission in the UAE.
