Main Responsibilities:
- Compliance Support and Execution:
- Assist in scheduling and conducting yearly compliance audits and inspections within the UAE branches and franchise network.
- Conduct follow-ups on monthly reports and franchisee KPIs to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure personal adherence to all quality assurance and compliance protocols.

- Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or compliance, preferably in the multi-unit retail, restaurant, or franchise industry.
- Proven experience in conducting audits and supporting compliance programs.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies and understanding of relevant industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in quality assurance (HACCP Level 4, ISO 22000 Lead auditor).
- In-depth understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards relevant to franchise operations.
