Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting Perishable Items : Review the quality of meat, seafood, fruits, and vegetables during inbound at Amazon stores, hubs, and vendor sites.
• Rejecting Damaged/Defective Items : Reject damaged or defective items back to the vendor.
• Auditing Quality During Picking & Packing Process : Audit the quality during picking and packing process performed by LPC associates.
• Monitoring Packaging Standards : Monitor packaging standards during the packing process.
• Performing Daily Audits : Perform daily audits of bins and share weekly/daily reports with stakeholders.
• Training Store Associates : Train store and hub associates on quality, SOPs, and packaging.

Bachelor's Degree and Essential Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required for this position. Essential qualifications include:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Excel
• HACCP, PIC 3 (Person In Charge) - certified by Dubai Municipality
• ISO 22000, GMP, Food Safety knowledge

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met in a customer-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out quality control activities in a shift system, ensuring all quality standards are met.
