Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives and UAE labor regulations.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Maintain employee records, manage payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
