The CMS Consulting Director will provide advisory for the Corporate segment and run projects for Visa's key clients across the CEMEA. The main objective of the role is to help deepen relationships and optimize performance, focusing on the Corporate segment and helping clients design and assess their strategy, implement initiatives around their payments and channels, and capture the full potential from Corporate customers. The Director will also support the development of the CMS practice in terms of product development and thought leadership, cooperating with other Visa CEMEA functions and with other Visa global regions.
Principal Responsibilities and Key Results Area:
- Using Visa and external data to analyze client needs across the focus markets and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with Visa's key clients.

To manage and grow large account portfolios and client relationships for assigned portfolio in the CBG segment; improve service quality levels and supervise the subordinates day-to-day activities and client interactions to ensure that the objectives are constantly met and its revenue targets achieved while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.
Key Accountabilities:
Client and Market Analysis
- Participate in the financial analysis conducted on clients and their respective industries/ markets to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Client Relationship Management
- Originate new business opportunities with target clients across banking products
- Develop Term Sheet Information Memorandum mandate .;
- Examine & resolve credit market and operational risk aspects of the transactions in collaboration with products and enablement units.
- Pitch review negotiate and conclude deals .
- Maintain the credit quality of the clients relationships within the Portfolio to an acceptable level set by the Banks management
- Achieve individual and teams financial performance targets.
- Identify & develop cross selling opportunities and increase the cross-sell ratio with key clients.
- Ensure Account Plans are prepared and maintained for all key clients.
- Ensure all clients files /documents are maintained.
- Ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met.
- Maintain a satisfactory audit on the portfolio
- Learning & Development Attend appropriate on and off-the-job training programs.
- Ensure that all internal processes for existing portfolio and NTBs are met in line with the Banks policies & procedures.
- Adhere to process KPIs and ORM BCP & Internal Audit requirements
Day-to-Day Activities
- Assist the Unit Head / Line Manager in the day-to-day administrative and transactional activities such as client calls documentation follow up updating pipeline and any other activities in the unit/team to ensure continuity of work and the delivery of effective and high quality outputs.
- Manage and follow up on KYC and compliance requirements in order to ensure consistency with the Banks KYC and AML policies and regulatory requirements.
Policies Systems Processes and Procedures
- Follow all relevant policies processes standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
MIS and Reports
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet the units requirements policies and standards.

Qualifications :
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related discipline.
- Masters degree in Business Administration is preferred.

CMS represents a key strategic growth area for Visa as it expands beyond core consumer card payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows among individuals, businesses, and governments. The investments Visa has made over decades in C2B have provided Visa with the infrastructure, technical capability, brand expertise, and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader set of counterparties (B2B, B2C, P2P, G2C, G2B, etc.).
The CMS Consulting Director will provide advisory for the Corporate segment and lead projects for Visa's key clients across the CEMEA region. The main objective is to deepen relationships and optimize performance, focusing on the Corporate segment by helping clients design and assess their strategies, implement initiatives around payments and channels, and fully capture the potential of their Corporate customers. The Director will also support the development of the CMS practice in terms of product development and thought leadership, collaborating with other Visa functions and regions.
Principal Responsibilities and Key Results Area:
- Utilize Visa and external data to analyze client needs and identify consulting opportunities in focus markets.
- Coordinate with Country Managers and Account Executives to develop consulting plans.
- Develop project pitches and secure new consulting assignments through a consultative sales approach.
- Lead and deliver consulting projects primarily in the Corporate area, resolving complex strategic problems and managing project structures, scope, budget, and delivery.

Qualifications:
Basic: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred. At least 10 years of overall experience, including solid consulting background.
Preferred: Consulting experience within strategy firms, Big 4, or in-house strategy of a financial institution; 5+ years in commercial or transactional banking; 4+ years in management consulting with strong client engagement skills; regional and global experience considered a plus. Excellent analytical, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic or Russian are a plus.
