  • Facilitate strategic introductions between members and partners, fostering meaningful connections within the network.
  • Identify, establish, and manage partnerships, continuously adding membership benefits through high-level collaborations.
  • Support the creation of new agreements, working closely with the legal and other internal departments.
  • Conduct introductory calls with prospects and webinars to onboard new members and keep client advisors informed on membership benefits and upcoming events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of private, invitation-only events in collaboration with leading luxury brands, cultural institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Mentoring junior members of the team.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in relationship management or luxury client services, ideally within private membership networks, UHNW advisory, or high-level events.
  • Degree in business, communications, international relations, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Excellent level of English - Professional Proficiency or Native/Bilingual required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, digital communication tools.
