Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Review client needs and proactively engage with them to validate understanding and provide resolution based on client needs.
  • Day-to-Day Customer Service Activities: Execute day-to-day customer service activities while ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines in coordination with the Customer Service function.
  • Compliance, Risk & Controls: Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, follow engagement models prescribed by the bank, identify opportunities for process/service improvements and volunteer in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of basic bank products such as deposit accounts, credit cards, time deposits preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Influencing and relationship management skills
  • Quick learner, self-starter, and able to take initiatives
  • Good team player and able to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Matured personality with high-level initiative, self-driven, good time management and work integrity

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (preferably off-plan or primary market).
  • Proven track record of closing property transactions.
  • Strong understanding of the full property transaction lifecycle.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and working in a digital-first environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory with the right experience.

  • Minimum 4-7 years in FI relationship management
  • Experience in international business/ banking
  • Experience in credit analysis, credit review and portfolio management
  • Understanding of International Banking products
  • Very well experienced and acquainted to Country Limits and Bank
  • Focus on International Business
  • Arabic speaker is a plus

Relationship Manager - Mortgage Acquisition (across Channels) (Experience: 4 to 15 years)

Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager - Mortgage Acquisition (across Channels) is responsible for driving the acquisition of new mortgage business through various channels including direct sales partnerships and strategic alliances. This role encompasses the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Source new business opportunities for retail and commercial mortgages through direct sales efforts lead generation and strategic partnerships.

  • Identify and pursue key business prospects conducting market research and developing targeted sales strategies.

  • Engage in direct sales activities presenting mortgage products and closing deals with prospective clients.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Channel Management and Partnerships:

  • Collaborate with various channel partners such as real estate agents mortgage brokers and financial advisors to expand the mortgage product reach.

  • Train and support channel partners on mortgage products policies and procedures ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant industry players to drive referrals and cross-selling opportunities.

Portfolio Management and Customer Service:

  • Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to turnaround times and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Oversee the mortgage application process coordinating with internal teams for credit evaluation documentation and closing.

  • Provide feedback to product managers on process improvements and service-related issues to enhance customer experiences.

  • Engage in cross-selling activities offering additional financial products and services to existing clients.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with business KPIs.

  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities performance metrics and pipeline projections.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant rules regulations and internal policies related to mortgage lending and sales practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors/Master s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Finance Marketing).

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage sales banking or related financial services.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products lending practices and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and relevant software tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and channel partners.
