Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, train and motivate a diverse team, managing recruitment, scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through cost control, menu optimization and upselling strategies.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce health, safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotions, events and customer loyalty initiatives.
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and budget management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities, including recruitment and staff development.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, inventory control and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, health & safety regulations and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Experience in multi-unit management or luxury/hotel dining environments.
- Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) or advanced hospitality credentials.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
