**Job Responsibilities:**
+ **1. Sales & Business Development**
+ Achieve annual sales targets for cable accessories (terminations, joints, link boxes, bushings, etc.) in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain
+ Identify and pursue new project opportunities in **utilities** , **oil & gas** , **mining** , **renewables** , and **infrastructure** sectors. **2. Customer & Project Engagement**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as:
+ **Utilities**
+ **Aramco**
+ **SABIC**
+ **Marafiq** , **SWCC, NWC** , and **NEOM**
+ Leading **EPC contractors** and **consultants** **3. Specification & Product Promotion**
+ Drive product approvals and specifications with utilities, engineering consultants, and end users. **4. Channel & Partner Management**
+ Support local distributors and channel partners with pricing, training, and joint visits. **5. Market Intelligence & Reporting**
+ Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities (e.g., Raychem RPG, Compaq, Nexans, ABB, NKT), and regulatory changes.
**Desired Candidate Profiles**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering** or **Power Systems** (required)Master's in Business (MBA) is a plus.
+ **Experience:**
+ 5+ years of sales or account management experience in **power cable accessories** or related industries in Saudi Arabia.
+ Familiarity with specifications and project approval processes.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of LV/MV/HV cable systems, accessories, and installation practices.

As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and supporting
their needs by offering solutions to their business needs. This role will develop and maintain positive
relationships throughout the real estate industry.

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key clients and developing strategic account plans.
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities to provide solutions through the company's products and services.
  • Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefit to each
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Draft and deliver proposals
  • Report on sales activity (Daily Visit Report)
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up)
  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Work with the Marketing department to plan and execute generation campaigns
  • Provide and execute feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales and improve company branding and reputation
  • Provide feedback to Company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings. Take initiative to improve the processes based on feedback
  • Mentor junior sales account managers
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • A minimum of secondary education. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Valid UAE licence required
  • Requires 5+ years of sales experience, 3 years will preferably in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, and competence displayed in sales scenarios without guidance.
  • Solid understanding of the business, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts; may help develop colleagues' understanding
  • Ability to handle client objections confidently and identify real objections
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to learn new products over time
