Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Lead and refine end-to-end operational workflows across all global offices (Dubai, UK, EU, US).
- Design scalable, compliant systems for onboarding, advice delivery, client reviews, and internal admin.
- Take full ownership of operational delivery, quality control, and adviser enablement.
- Lead all CRM and systems decisions; drive adoption, automation, and efficiency.
- Build and own monthly MI dashboards: revenue, AUM, pipeline, adviser performance.
- Ensure data integrity and real-time visibility across all business units.
HR & People Management
